Location, of course. Everything is within walking distance. The park and promenade are just steps away.. The shower temperature and pressure are the best i have had in 29 years of traveling. Very clean room, my bedding smelled nice. Great shower gel. Being able to open windows in Europe is always great. Big room. Very different and grandiose hotel design, not the cookie cutter style, as too many hotels have now. Great views from the terraces. Fast elevators and wifi. Magnificent breakfast, where Anastasia demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Great staff. They have a spa, billiard accommodation, etc.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is now our preferred choice when visiting Torun and we enjoyed our stay very much. - Staff were ALL wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff, the restaurant staff, the staff at the bar and also the spa were helpful, efficient, friendly and keen to help in any way they could. - Rooms were light, spacious and very clean. The mini bar was stocked and had room for extra drinks and chocolate. The in room safe was free to use and the little touches (enough hangers, a shoe horn, sewing kit etc) were all very welcome. - The bathroom was fully stocked with lovely toiletries and amenities. The shower was nice and powerful and the water hot all times of the day. - Housekeeping serviced the rooms to a very high standard, every day. They worked quietly and thoughtfully in the mornings, and worked with a smile. - Spa was a nice peaceful retreat! Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It was easy to book a slot with reception and we were able to use it every day of our stay. The WiFi was excellent in all areas of the hotel and the communal areas in the hotel were clean, comfortable and a good area chill away from your room with a cup of complementary tea or coffee which was available all day long.

Nothing that we disliked BUT a rotation of the dinner menu would have been appreciated and would have encouraged us to eat there more.

i have visited hotel earlier. location is excellent. roons are nice and comfortable.

lobby bar and seating areas are bit awkward. would prefer having lounge area suitable for small groups to sit and discuss in more privacy. also color scheme is not very comfortable. also its bit out-dated. been mostly unchanged for years

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable

Taxis/Ubers/Bolts can’t drop you off at the front of the hotel, as the hotel charges them to enter the car park/entrance area. This is inconvenient and potentially unsafe. I’d be happy to have the charge included in the room rate.

Great room. Hotel is very well located and easy to walk to Old Town locations. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We experienced some noise coming regularly from the bathroom - especially from the shower plumbing which was loud and annoying.

Very nice, spacious room overlooking the Vistula River. Location is also fantastic, steps away from downtown. Also had its own underground parking garage and excellent restaurant. Full spa services. Staff was super-accommodating.

No electric outlets or USB ports next to the bed. Other than the plug that’s part of the hairdryer in the bathroom, the only other electric plug/USB is at the desk. Recommend bringing an extension cord and a multiple USB adapter if you want to use your device from the bed.

it was great. great location. very pretty building and nice room.

the room was small for the price. the breakfast was till 10am but when came downstairs at 9:30 half of the food was gone (as in taken away by staff). the bed was double but rather then being one double mattress it was two singles with a topper which started moving after couple of days.

Location very good.

For a 4 Star (any Star) hotel was the Wifi of the Hotel very bad. We had sometimes Internet speed of 4 or 5 Mbps in our room. Only warm water in the shower, not really hot.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and location was also good for getting back and forth to workplace. Also surrounding area was very scenic and enjoyable.

Could not get any English televeisio programmes.

Location by the river on the edge of the old town, excellent, breakfast was very good, staff were very friendly and very helpful
