We are regular visitors to the island and this is the best property we have stayed in and will defiantly be returning. The apartment itself was so spacious and light, key fob entry to the complex and plenty of space around the pool, the most people there was one day was 10 people. A lot of apartments have essentials but they provide a hairdryer that actually works well, a decent sized washing basket and plenty of spaces to put your cases aswell as more than enough hangers and draw spaces. A lot of properties also had washing machines but not usually as easy to use this one and they also supplied washing tablets and fabric conditioner so you don’t need to spend money buying a whole box if you just need to do one or two washes. The terrace was spacious private and had access from both the living room and bedroom which is perfect if you have a child sleeping in the living room so you don’t disturb them. There is also a lounger on the terrace as this was part of a sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening. There is also a security gate on the front door so no concerns over the security of having a child sleeping in the front room or anyone gaining access to our stuff. Air con in both the living room and bedroom was also a bonus. Perfect location, right by the beach, supermarket and numerous restaurants. Communication was brilliant and always someone on message or wassap if anything was needed. Don’t be put off by previous reviews about the noise yes you can hear music from surrounding bars when on the balcony but this is expected in the south of the island but there was no issues with noise when the patio doors were closed and I am a light sleeper and was not effected atall.

This property was perfect for us. The apartment was really nicely set up with a fully stocked kitchen and separate bedroom. The terrace was lovely and lovely sun in the afternoon/evening. The complex itself was beautiful, really nicely landscaped with pretty buildings. The pool area was also lovely, not too busy, and the pool was heated, perfect for our 9month old! Location, less than a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, with lovely walks in both directions and an abundance of bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket about 100metres away which was great. Staff- Gillian was wonderful to deal with. We also enquired about late check out as our flight wasn’t until nighttime and they were so accommodating, and we could stay until we had to go to the airport, again this was amazing to facilitate the baby :)

There is a bit of noise from a nearby bar that you can hear in the living area, however we didn’t hear it much at all in the bedroom and it didn’t affect any of us sleeping.

The apartment was in a lovely complex with a pool and pool bar. The grounds were well maintained and you felt very relaxed and secure. There was a supermarket within a minutes walk and plenty of bar and restaurant options in the area. The coastal walk round to Los Cristianos was very nice.

Although it didn't spoil our stay, it's almost impossible not to notice the noise at night from the surrounding bars. That being said, it was a small price to pay for a week of sunshine in March.

After booking this, I was contacted by a woman called Gillian who managed the property on behalf of the owner. Gillian couldn’t have been more helpful and was there to meet us on arrival and also for our checkout. Both my partner and I are Vegan and my partner is also gluten-free, Gillian gave us supermarket recommendations which turned out to be so helpful and she was always available on WhatsApp throughout our stay should we have any issues. The apartment itself was fantastic, modern, and had every amenity you have at home. It feels very secure and safe because it is located within a gated community that can only be accessed via a fob. The location is fantastic as it is right in the heart of Playa De las Americas, with numerous bars and restaurants a short walk away, yet despite this, you cannot hear any noise when you're in bed. As stated, there are also great supermarkets close by, should you choose to cook meals rather than eat out. The kitchen has a hob, oven and microwave and all the pots, pans and cutlery you would need. The air con also made it very easy to sleep. There is a lovely private seawater pool area with ample sun loungers and a pool bar that serves both food and drink. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will be returning soon!

Convenient location, close to bars, restaurants, seafront, supermarkets, bus stops & taxi rank. Very comfortable studio apartment with balcony. Very well equipped, including a washing machine (not mentioned in the description?).

Noisy bar opposite (but it IS in Playa de las Americas). Take earplugs if you like to turn in early.

The location is great, very close to the beach and the apartment is very well furnished with everything you need, specially kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.

The checkout experience was not the best, we agreed to leave at 9 even though we could stay until but at 8:45 they were already knocking at the door…

The staff we encountered, both Gillian and Natacha were excellent, welcoming us and saying goodbye warmly.

Only one thing I missed and that was a big mirror on the wall ...

The property was extremely clean. Location was excellent.Walking distance to everything. Nice balcony. Comfy bed. Good shower. Fab hairdryer. Wine,beer in fridge. Plenty toilet roll.large t.v. Beach towels! Parasol!

There was nothing we disliked.

Location was perfect as we were really close to everything we needed. Loved just hanging out on the balcony in the sun before heading out. It was really relaxing and no hassle at all so would highly recommend.
