1) The beach! AMAZING!!! The location for just relaxing is perfect!! 2) Staff is very kind and helpful. 3) Breakfast was okay. 4) Free boat taxi for check in and check out. When you arrive to Phi Phi on Pier there will be a guy with resort sign. 5) if you are brave enough, you can swim to the shark point (when it is low tide, you can even walk there) and see friendly sharks and corrals! You can rent snorkelling equipment 100 bath.

Looks like all of the resorts on this beach are kinda let down. Unfortunately the resort restaurant did not meet our expectations, as well it had specific times for serving food. And from 16:00-18:00 you can not order the food. You have to buy drinking water, because the free 1.5 l for 2 persons for a hot day is nothing. The staff did not respond to our booking question about how to get to the resort, but we figured it out when arrived to Phi Phi.

The beach is amazing, rooms are 20 meter from the water! There’s shadow on the beach and it is very quiet and relax. breakfast was good, staff were very helpful, overall we loved it! The message on the resort was great!!!

The overall look of the resort could use some better maintenance, the restaurant was ok but the restaurants in the resort nearby were great so it is not a problem.

Beautiful resort with a stunning view if you are booking a beach front villas. Fairly pricey, but the rooms are stunning and beds comfortable. The restaurant has some great food for affordable prices and staff there are lovely. You get a free transfer from the beach to the main pier on your check out date and staf were kind enough to carry out bags. Long beach got some amazing snorkeling opportunities and shark point is worth a visit

Communication is fairly limited as reception staf don't have very good english. We stayed in beach view bungalow for a few nights and the last night in the standard bungalows that are not worth the price. Rooms were dated, small and the state of the shower was not worth the £69per night. The rooms weren't ready on our arrival and we were told to wait a few hours on multiple occasions and our rooms were ready past the check in time .

The staff were amazing, the food was very very good, breakfast was a bit limited, but apart from the the beach was stunning, there are no sun loungers or brollies on the beach which does let the resort down. That’s not a negative as there is shade under trees

My brother and I loved our stay here including the friendly and attentive staff, the bungalows surrounded by a lovely tropical garden, and the incredible snorkeling opportunities a brief swim from the pristine beach. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of western and Asian food that set us up for the day. We stayed for 6 nights and were sad to go as it was such a great experience. Long beach is about a 20 minute walk away from the town of Phi Phi and all its offerings.

I can't think of anything negative to say. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The location, the beach villa is amazing, sleeping looking to the ocean and waking up to a view to the Maya Bay island. Seating on a chair with the ocean touching my feet at night, looking to the shining starts. The connection with nature. Eating in front on the ocean. Peace, no human noise. The beach, it is like they name it: paradise. People were very polite, from reception, to restaurant, to janitors.

Breakfast is weak, just white bread, two types of fruit, the orange juice is bad. Fried eggs with a lot of fat. Really weak. They stop to leave coffee for the machine at some point. The hotel is not so well maintained, but I guess it is traversal to most other hotels everywhere in the island.

The resort is on a beautiful beach. The sunsets were beautiful and swimming there was amazing. The breakfast buffet was also great and the staff were so lovely and friendly :)

The beds were a little hard but the staff were able to sort that out for us after the first night. It’s a great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet but it’s a bit of a mission getting to and from the city (especially if you want to go on a night out since the taxi boats don’t run all night). The bathroom also had a sewage smell throughout our stay

The location on Long Beach was perfect for us. Quiet, but still within walking distance from the main town. Alternatively you could take a taxi boat for 100 baht/person to get there. Also the hotel provided a free shuttle boat on departure day. Breakfast was huge and delicious and we would also recommend the hotel's restaurant for the evening. The room was large and convenient and included outside showers to remove sand from your feet.

Could perhaps have been slightly cheaper but other than that it was quite nice.

The hotel is located on probably the most beautiful beach on the island. The hotel provides transportation to and from the center by local boats for its guests. There is no charge for this service upon arrival and departure. Otherwise, transportation to the town costs 100 bht per person. during the day and 150 bht. evening. In the vicinity of the accommodation, there are plenty of restaurants and shops where you can buy all the necessary things. The hotel also has a restaurant, which I can warmly recommend from my own experience. We were accommodated in the blue paradise villa, where we didn't miss anything. I can only recommend this option of accommodation in the resort.
