This area of town is definitely more for the business traveller, which suited my trip as I wanted to be close to the exhibition centre and the private jet airport. It is also central , so I was 20 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from Yas in a taxi. There are always taxi's outside , two grocery shops in walking distance and an alcohol shop just 2 minutes walk at the side of the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are always keen to help. There were a few movie/ English speaking channels on the TV. The instructions for the safe did not match the actual safe in the room so I didn't bother but if you have valuables I would suggest you get the staff to show you how to work it. The only downside for me was the smoking on the bar- I am from the UK where smoking indoors has been against the law for so long I had forgotten how awful it is. They do have some non smoking tables , but that doesn't stop the smell drifting over, Happy hour goes on all evening and the wine is excellent for only 20DHM a glass compared to the full price wine list. I didn't use the restaurant , so have no opinion, the once I had room service it was good as was the once I used the bar I had some snacks. There is a Starbucks in the hotel which also serves hot food. For the price and business location I would stay there again, if I wanted to be by the beach and have a 'resort' type holiday feel I would choose somewhere else. The pool area is small and limited options.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! The staff is simply excellent - always ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are clean at the highest level, which creates a comfortable atmosphere. I especially liked the warm pool - perfect for relaxing after long walks. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, which added positive emotions to the beginning of the day. The only nuance is the location. The hotel is quite far from the center and beaches, but there are public transport stops nearby, which makes it easy to get to the main attractions. But the main mosque is nearby. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Everything about our stay was excellent! The breakfast was superb with a great variety to choose from. The cleanliness of the place really stood out, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The stay was generally okay, but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. The room was very small, with not enough space to move around comfortably. Also, for the first time in all my hotel experiences, I was asked to pay for a dental kit and slippers. I’m not sure if this is a new policy, but in all the hotels I’ve stayed at before, these items were always complimentary. It was a bit disappointing and unexpected.

The most amazing Hotel and stay ever, it's not my first time that we come here. it is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would like to thank Mr. Khalifa at the reception for being an amazing and very welcoming host, he made sure that me and my daughter have a wonderful stay. also a sweet Thank you to Koushini and Angela (I hope I wrote the names correct) They are very sweet and welcoming, they were very explaining to the food and even during our meal they made sure we have a wonderful time now and then. Thank you Centro Capital Center Abu Dhabi for everything.

It's little far from the city centre, however it is very close to Sh. Zayed Mosque It would be good if they make more channels for kids and have extra channels than sports

Staff members have been amazingly supportive, but I think they have too much on their plate. The very first staff member who exceptionally handled my booking was Redhouwane. Always helped with everything whenever on duty since Day 1. Alex and Khalifa have also been absolutely supportive and entertained every single request I have had throughout my stay. It is great to have such dedicated staff members such as the three of them. What an amazing job selecting such crew! I bet the other team members do such a great job too. I'm also super impressed with the housekeeping staff, I believe the lady that cleaned my room on Level 18 is called Manika. She is super fast and does her job meticulously!

The room is small compared to the rate. There is no bell-boy. The reception staff had to assist me with my bags, which is an additional task for them and is troublesome and not time-efficient. I could have stayed for longer, but the rate started soaring and I couldn't have been offered a reasonable rate. The rate was unreasonably getting higher every night.

We had an exceptional week long stay at Centro Capital Centre! From the moment we walked in, there was a feeling of 'home'. Thank you to the staff for going up and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. Especially: Dolma, Asif, Aid, Kaushini, Sharooz, Amir, Bipi.

The pool wasn't covered so during the day, it was too bright and hot to swim.

Breakfast was very good Dinner was also very good The pool was nice and the gym was ok (despite the strong smell) The staff were very friendly, we got 2 bottles of water everyday The whole building was clean The price was nice for what you get It's 2 mins walk to the convention center and there are taxis right outside the lobby 24/7

Nice and clean hotel, it was very comfortable to stay there. There is a grocery store across the street, and some restaurants nearby. It is far from the city, but I went for the congress center which is very near. The breakfast was very good.

The room was near the elevator, and it was noisy inside the room, one could hear the elevator during the night. Rooftop pool is not protected from the strong winds.

The Wimbledon Final match was being played while I was staying in the hotel. The rooms did not have the channel so the hotel arranged for the guests to view the match in the bar at Ground floor. As I was sitting there and watching the game, I was thrown out saying that I cannot wear my scarf in the bar. I am a huge tennis fan and I asked how else can I watch the final match. They didn't offer me any solution, so I had to stand at the entrance of the bar for 2 hours to watch the game. This is not how you should treat your guests. I have travelled extensively and my scarf has NEVER been a problem, even in Europe. Its very sad and disrespectful that this has happened.

Cleanliness

We checked-in a little before mid night. I had requested a queen bed, but initially a twin bed room was allotted to me, it was later corrected when I reached out to the reception. We were all really exhausted by the travel, and this changing rooms made discomfort. Also, there was some pest control medicine were sprayed in the corridor when we were still in the room, there was a lot of smell of pesticide in the room. this is really bad feeling.
