The room was comfortable, and clean. The room was nice and Quite considering it was close to the airport.

The complimentary Breakfast was a lot less than we expected. My spouse could not have a lot of the items because she can not have Whole Wheat, and a lot of the ittems has Whole Wheat.

Room was clean the bed was fabulously comfortable .THE huge problem was there WAS NOT an Internet connection to charge phones or use laptop in each room you had to go down to the desk to charge your phone very inconvenient. The bathroom was very clean. Room was cool an comfortable. The sitting area was very nice and comfortable The table was large enough to have our dinner delivered and comfortably eaten

NO Internet ports in the room to charge your phone, AND UNABLE to work on your personal laptop. This service is not available in this hotel it was very inconvenient

Convenience of being right by the airport. It's an hour and a half to drive to the airport and when you have a 6 am flight it is much easier to stay at the hotel and get some rest then take the shuttle in the morning. We stay there whenever we fly out of the KC airport.

The room was excellent . It was the nicest, roomiest for our whole 3week trip.

Parking was questionable, especially handicapped parking. The parking lot was awful!!!!! Full of pavement breakups and giant holes and sucha small area it was impossible to manuver around the holes to protect car.

Nice clean room and bathroom shower facilities.

Getting charged additional security deposit and this not being released off my debit credit card after asking they said they have not changed me but I can clearly see it's been debited from card as a direct charge. They already had my card on file from the booking, so this was not needed directly by the hotel. No food available at the hotel other than a vending machine that next to nothing other than chips, biscuits and pop drinks.

Nice and quiet! The room was perfect for our needs! Bed was very spacious and comfy! Breakfast was a good variety as well! Everyone enjoyed making waffles 🧇, cereal, juice, yogurt, donuts, uncrustables, coffee and more! Housekeeper was amazing and works her butt off!

Close to the airport, good shuttle service. The room was exceptionally spaceous with coffe facilities and a good writing desk.

The last shuttle went at 11 pm and our plane arrived past that time. A lot of destinations land late at night. The room was ok, but everything is a bit wornout.

I love the room , the price , the location. The breakfast was ok. The bed was comfy. Clean facilities, nice staff. The only issue is they didn't clean my room as I was therefore 2 days . Other than that it was great .

The hotel over all was very clean and the bed was very comfy.

The breakfast wasn't the best, pretty much all junk food. The website should be updated to say that the pool is permanently closed. My family as well as several other guest I spoke to were very disappointed.

Staff was asleep on a couch outside of rooms at 5:00 am. We had questions at check out that couldn’t be answered, despite ringing the bell, due to staff member sleeping. Clients just had to leave room keys unattended on the desk for check out. Seems like a security risk.
