Location was great surprise every time I walked out on the balconies by my opinion the best location in Lebanon The food was 5 star every meal and I had the honour of meeting the head chef Bahig and he was very welcoming and humble The valet parking was on point every time and the rooms were always clean

The bathroom showed some signs of ageing but would still manage a 5 star rating

From arriving to leaving, the team was just awesome. I would, however, like to single out Elias on the front desk for upgrading my room to anther one with a balcony facing the Raouche which made my stay even more remarkable. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable. Thanks for the wounderful stay. I will use it again upon my return to Lebanon.

I must commend Elias, the recipient at Rotana Hotel, for his exceptional service. He exemplified professionalism and courtesy at all times. Elias was attentive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. everything was perfect! especially the staff I have deal with FARID and ROUBA they were so friendly and cooperative , the location fabouls ! the view was exceptional , the housekeeping staff , and all facilities it was one of my best hotel experiences in Beirut , I highly recommend it !

The view was fabulous with a modern clean room; the staff (Ruba, Razan, Farid, and Sally) was great, cooperative, and welcoming as well. Location was more than perfect, near to all Beirut sightings.
