I loved everything: LOCATION, perfect to walk everywhere in the centre with all the main monuments and lovely restaurants; and conveniently close to go back for a quick shower during the day. CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT, 6 minutes on foot from the main train station, and from the metro station for the lines 3 and 5 connected to the airport, bus stop of the line 32 to go to the beach. TEAM, everyone was extremely kind and relaxed about speaking english when needed or other languages when possible. THE ROOM, so spacious, nice, clean, with wonderful Air conditioned.

I was not able to use the safe, but it was ok and I decided not to ask for help otherwise I am sure they would have fixed it. Same for the WiFi that did not work for me.

Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, the rooms. We had a very large room with kettle, coffee pod machine, safe, fridge, microwave. The bathroom was spotless with a brilliant shower. The hairdryer was powerful. The small balcony was a cute little extra. The ground floor bar was a good place for us all to meet up before going out for the night. Every member of staff was very helpful and professional. I can't find a fault with this hotel.

A wonderful experience at Venecia Plaza Centro! From the moment we arrived (which was in the early hours), the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – kind, helpful, and genuinely warm throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and comfortable. Loved having a mini fridge :)) Our room had a compact layout but was perfectly arranged, and the balcony overlooking the plaza was an absolute highlight — the view was stunning, especially in the evening. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the city, steps away from shops, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in Valencia. Would absolutely stay here again — a gem of a hotel with heart and hospitality.

Shower can sometimes fill up with water, but just needs de-clogging which is minor maintenance.

I loved absolutely everything about my stay here. Firstly the staff were top class, I got a great welcome on my late arrival and staff were always happy to help on reception. The cleaning staff were also exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the main square can't be topped. The room was spacious, clean, great bed and bathroom. The hotel met my room request perfectly which was greatly appreciated. The room was very quiet at night time no sound from outside. There isn't anything bad to say.

We are glad that we reserved to this hotel, it has a 10/10 location in the heart of Valencia. Most tourist spots are just a 5-10 min walk by foot and the others can be reached easily by bus (32 bus takes you from the front of the hotel) or metro (5-7 min walk to metro Xativa). You can find lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are small-ish but always clean (the bedsheets and towels are changed every day and the floor is vacuumed and probabil washed as well) and you have all that you need for your stay including dental kits, shampoo etc. Great place! Also, amazing communication with the hotel, I got responses via booking for all the previous questions I had

The hotel is 5 minute walk from Xavier Metro stop, line 3 & 5. The staff were very pleasant, polite and professional. I had an issue that the staff followed up immediately and let me know the outcome very quickly. The deluxe room was newly decorated and there was a small balcony where you could enjoy the sunshine, the atmosphere and the comings and goings in the Plaza below. The sound from the fountain in the square was beautiful. The room had tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge. There was breakfast available but I didn’t sample that. It looked very nice and good to have the option if needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean. It married old style structure with modern facilities excellently. The location was fantastic. It was very close to everything. It was great to wander the streets and still be so close when returning from exploring the city. It is convenient to metro and buses, lots of attractions and eateries. I would highly recommend the property for anybody planning a trip to Valencia.

There was some renovation work taking place but to be fair it was being carried out in the least obstructive way.

Room was super clean, bright and comfortable. The location was awesome. So walk-able so so many desired locations but also super convenient for public transportation and taxis. Plus tons for nice restaurants and convenience items right outside the door. Also, while we were in Valencia our 5 year old son got very sick and had to spend 5 nights in the hospital. It was very scary especially as we have been traveling abroad. The staff could not have been more kind, understanding and helpful. We will never forget that and will be forever grateful. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel toward the entire hotel and it's staff. We hope we can return to Valencia again some day and there is absolutely no other place we would stay.

Amazing location. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the fountain and square. Super shower and lovely shower gel/shampoo. Great staff, really helpful. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels which was great. Useful fridge to store supplies. Couldn't fault it. Didn't go for breakfast - we were room only, so can't comment on this. Great locker facility for one euro on our last day and the staff couldn't have been more friendly as we kept popping back and forth to add to bags etc An amazing hotel, we really can't believe it's only 2 star. The bookings.com rating (why we booked it) is spot on, it's great.

Very small grumble but didn't really mind...next door neighbours spoke loudly and the sound proofing is only valid for outside and certainly not for your noisy neighbours!!

Great location, central, next to the city hall, within walking distance from many points of interest, restaurants and public transport. Beautiful building, very clean. The room was nice, exactly as described. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel offers free lockers to put your luggage in case you have a late flight and you want to use the extra hours after check-out to go shopping or sightseeing. It is a very useful service. All in all, it was a pleasant experience in Valencia.

The bathroom was quite small, but it was clean and covered all the basic needs. The hairdryer was rather old and very slow, not getting warm enough. Luckily I had my own. ;) We were more disappointed with the breakfast. It was not at the standard of the hotel. Little variety of food, not very tasty, few options for kids. Luckily, there are many places around where you can have breakfast.

This was my second visit to this marvellous hotel in beautiful Valencia and I shall definitely return next year. Can't believe it is only classed as a 2 star, I've stayed in worse 4 stars! Perfectly located in the centre of the city and within walking distance of all the historic sites, museums, shopping streets, numerous bars and restaurants and the wonderful Mercado Central. Also very close to bus stops for access to airport, beach and Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias. The reception area is very attractive with a small bar and very useful luggage lockers. Lovely, friendly staff, with a special thank you to Joaquín for his kindness and patience. My superior room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and great walk-in shower. It had every amenity for a comfortable stay, including a seating area, fridge, room safe, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, large tv and a huge, comfortable bed. Best of all, an enormous roof terrace with views over the rooftops and partial view of the square.

It seemed as pity to provide such an amazing terrace, the perfect place to relax, without adequate furniture to accompany it. A comfortable chair and a better quality table would have been much appreciated and a sun lounger would have been very welcome. The tiny table was far too low and the chairs provided were very uncomfortable and each time I went out to use one I had to take a pillow from the bed.
