It was clean and not far off the highway.

Was supposed to be a queen room with 2 queen beds, and it was a room with 2 double beds. I checked the sheets to verify size. Hope I didn't get charged more than I should have. The lady told me the rooms are the same price. The restaurant must've been having an off night, I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my children, and they burnt it not once, but twice. Needless to say, we did not get the pizza.

The room was very clean and great location by the airport. They also offered shuttle service

The staff when we checked in was not friendly but everyone from that point was very friendly. I couldn't believe that that close to the airport a lot of business travel and they did not have a room fridge.

We like your breakfast and the staff was very helpful.

Heating/cooling in the room was quite noisy and I was surprised that they did not come in each day to clean etc.

The price and location.

I was told that outvof every 3 stayed I'd get a night free. In that case, they owe me and my family many nights. Because we've stayed at this hotel many times. And so far nothing free.

Location was great, most of the staff was accommodating and room was awesome!

The booking included free water and 3 person free breakfast but that was not an option there and not willing to supplement with anything. Older lady bartender was super rude and not accommodating, not only to the three of us, but also to other patrons. Very poor service etiquette. The other barmaid was awesome!!

Convenient to the airport, terrific airport shuttle service. inexpensive hotel stay without losing anything.
