Location was fine, on the main bus route into the centre... 10mins on the bus or half an hour walk ( down hill) the apartment itself was clean and comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. Loved having a fridge to keep our drinks, food for days out and chocolate safe, fresh and unmelted 😀as the weather was very hot. The staff were all nice, friendly and efficient. Some of the previous reviews mentioned noise...we stayed from Wednesday through to Saturday and the only noise was from a guest at about 1am Saturday from what sounded like the room next door.... fancied himself to be a bit of a gangsta rapper from the sound of it...he also broke some glass at some point!... I just found my earplugs and poof...the nuisance was no more! Husband is slightly deaf and was flat out so the beds were comfortable enough to keep him asleep though it 😆would definitely consider staying here again next time we are over this way.

Poor signal in the room so the TV didn't work but not an issue for us as the weather was good and we only returned to the room to sleep and the bedside lights didn't work, it would have been nice to read before sleep but again not the end of the world so only raised it with the staff on leaving as something for them to be aware of.

Excellent Stay in Newcastle – Fantastic Service from Receptionist! I recently stayed at Grainger Apartments in Newcastle, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As far as my point of view, everything was up to the mark in the property and the staff was also so polite and trained to serve any guest without any harshness in behaviors. Many people argued that there is no kitchen so they never mentioned it as they just market kitchenette inside the room so that’s true with all the basics such as fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle and crockery. Even they can arrange the toaster if we need. And secondly they mentioned in the policy for the damage deposit which is refundable if do not harm the property. So, literally everything is quite clear and nothing is hidden. Nice property with reasonable price and location.

The hosts where very friendly and always wanting to help We booked a twin room by accident and when we got there he said would you prefer a double room so we changed

When you took the key card out the fridge would go off but when we said about it when checking out, they said if we had said about it they would of give another key card We should of asked on the 1st day (so not the hosts fault)

There is always someone on the reception with a smile and when we arrived so the key card was made available immediately. Host was very pleasant and informative, giving us suggestions of local attractions that he enjoyed. When you enter in a property, there is a refreshing fragrance all around. There was plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen equipment. There was also a free Wi-Fi everywhere and a smart TV. Apartments are spacious and nice location. Ample parking space was reserved for the apartments guests so you don’t have to worry even you come late after having enjoy a lot in the night. In short, I had a wonderful trip of Newcastle just because of this apartments.

the only issue I say was I can’t turn lights out from the bed

I have stayed with my friend for a day and honestly I am so happy we found this place. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. - Overall I had best stay ever in Newcastle!!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peaceful place to everyone.

Room was large with a comfy king size bed and single bed in room. Ensuite bathroom built- in kitchen with kettle (Tea and coffee) TV. Hairdryer. Room and rest of building was very clean and tastefully decorated. The person on reception was polite and friendly. Apartment is above a Restaurant where Take out is available if required Parking is directly below Apartment.
