It was nice place among clean air and modern building

I just worry about that do not damage by smoking.. because during my stay i felt smoke in the rooms corridor any way I love to use again and recommend to others

The facilities were great. The water in the pool could have been warmer. The food was lovely too. The room itself was stunning and spacious. Water pressure in the rainfall shower could have been a bit stronger but nothing to really complain about, that’s more preference. The breakfast selection was amazing. One of the best breakfasts we’ve experienced. The facilities for kids were also great. Outdoors and indoors. Hotel is definitely family friendly. But if there is anything that really stood out, it was the staff. Upon arrival, we were so warmly welcomed, our toddler was a part of the whole experience. The staff are just so friendly and accommodating and honestly the staff is what made our stay so great and a place we’d come back to. Overall a great stay and experience as a family ❤️

This is my third time in this hotel. In first two stays hotel had problem with heating (it was too hot) and moisture in the rooms (it was almost impossible to sleep) but it looks like they solved these problems because this time it was pleasant. All the staff were great and they are very professional and kind. Hotel is perfectly clean in fantastic position on mountain Igman. Rooms are very nice with wonderful view. Spa centre is fantastic and the lady who perform massage is very professional and provides great massages.

They had problems with logistics for the restaurant so on the first day there were no bread, no beef steak, no rolled veal, no polenta, almost nothing in the kitchen. And since this is only restaurant in circle of 15 kilometers it is big trouble for the hotel guests. Also there was lack of food for the breakfast and they even had lack of glasses. I recommend wearing your own pillows because their pillows are uncomfortable(at least for my wife and me so we brought are own).

I cannot commend enough this hotel, from location, facilities, staff, comfort, elegance... By far one of the nicest hotels in BiH and the wider Ex-YU region! To the point I've been returning there for work-related purposes (workshops and conferences), in a couple (romantic gateway), with family members (to make them feel rested and well taken care of), and will do so in the future. The surroundings are pure nature, while the vibe in the hotel is coolest as it can be, much thanks to the kindness of staff who go above&beyond to make you feel as at home. The professionalism of all staff members are truly appreciated, but I'd like to give special praise to Zlata (at the restaurant), for her friendliness, positive spirit, and stylish approach, and—at the spa—to Stefan, for its incredibly creative massages, wow, really. What to say more than: thank you big time, we'll be back:)))

The prices of food in the restaurant should be reevaluated.

Everything is brand new and everything is really clean. We got big apartment instead of just one room. Staff was polite and professional in the hotel. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to have nice and peaceful time. It’s perfect for couples and families with children. Massage is 10/10 would recommend 100%. Regarding spa and wellness there is multiple kind of saunas. They have big jacuzzi and pool and everything is really clean.

As Bosnian who loves food I was bit disappointed, food is too expensive and its not good taste for that money. Should be much better considering that their restaurant is only close place where you can eat. Instead of this I would recommend you to bring your barbecue and make it as you wish.

The location was good for a wedding we had close by, and would be perfect in winter (obviously that’s what the hotel is designed for!). The restaurant is nice, breakfast was okay on one of the days. Spa, saunas and steam room are amazing.

No self service laundry facilities and the in house laundry service is very expensive. The breakfast was cold on all 3 mornings even though we were there not long after it opened… 1 day had considerably more options than the other days

We paid additional 60€ for using washing machine. Normally cost goes by number of times you would need to use washing machine and here instead they price in every single piece of clothes you would have with individual pricing. Also they haven’t warned us at all about this type of pricing… little bit of courtesy wouldn’t hurt. Also stuff insinuated that we were Turkish? Making assumptions based of last names is not professional imo. Just be careful with additional services so you don’t end up paying as much for those as entire night stay.

We hardly have any remarks for the hotel staff. All of them strive to satisfy every need and whim of guests. Even though the hotel hosted a renowned meeting of a regional IT company during our stay, we did not feel neglected in any way. The staff executed both lunch and dinner professionally, recommended the chef’s specialities and were always available. The world-class spa with an interior swimming pool is modern and spacious, boasting a rich selection of saunas and relaxation areas. The tidiness will ensure you feel zen. Monti Hotel & Wellness is a hotel that lives a double life as a top-tier incentive hotel and a family resort hotel. We experienced both sides of the hotel during our stay. Both target groups will feel welcome in the charming hotel, finding their zen spots effortlessly. Even though the hotel borders the boutique category of hotels, its superb interior and design place it among resort hotels. Monti Hotel & Wellness has revived life on the plateau, making it a hotspot for incentive groups. The owners have proven to be masters in the hotel business. Monti Hotel & Wellness is an excellent incentive hotel that has enriched the hotel offer in Sarajevo.

The breakfast did not leave us speechless and should feature a slightly broader selection of dishes. You may hear noises in your room if a corporate party is organised during your stay. Nonetheless, if the music is pleasant, that may add value to your stay.
