With limited options for breakfast for vegetarians , the staff organised a personal breakfast each day. This was made by Adelina and her colleague. They went out their way to make sure we were catered for. The crepes they made were awesome on the last day!! The front staff, in particular Myriel, were absolutely fantastic - really made us feel welcome . It's a 15-minute walk to the old town.. just one turn to get to their. Comfortable and roomy beds! Was really, pleased ( I. 6ft 2) so every bit helps - we stayed 5 nights and met our expectations Evian glass water bottles given each day!.

They didn't have an elevator that took you the breakfast floor. Unfortunately, it's in the basement, so there is no natural light. The whole experience would be better if it were upstairs or somewhere where we could soak in the amazing view of Serajavo. Curtains in the bedroom were a little difficult to close on the street light - it leaked through some gaps, which was a little annoying. ( The hotel is in the front. You do hear some street noises but nothing major) we had a great sleep each night

We stayed at the top floor and our room was perfect. Huge room and very clean and modern, i usually get disgusted by some hotelrooms and this gave me no such feeling. Huge bathroom with both shower and tub, big tv with several channels. Comfy bed aswell. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that the hotel has a private parkinglot that are included in the price. The hallways are slightly dim and plays a slow and relaxing music that helps you relax after a long day. There is also a huge terrace on the top floor with views over the city. We had a great visit, i would definitely recommend. They really deserve the 9.6 rating that they have.

The breakfast was fint but nothing special, also its in the basement with no natural light.

Colors Inn is the hotel that positively suprised me. First of all, I was surprised by the parking lot right at the entrance at the back, so it's really easy with luggage. The room was big enough, clean with a very well-stocked mini bar. The staff was very friendly. While staying in many hotels, the breakfast was the most pleasant, with a wide range of options (including freshly squeezed juice). The terrace on the top of the hotel is also interesting, offering a nice view of part of Sarajevo.

Since it is a little hotel it has no bar! While I'm never spending too much time in the hotel bar, this time I miss it! :)

Nothing not to like

Incredible hotel! Every aspect of the design is clearly thought out and then executed with perfection. The lighting, carpets, and every amenity is thoughtfully curated. At the same time, there's nothing fussy about it. The bed and shower - which are the most important factors - are the most comfortable I ever remember experiencing. My room was huge with lots of space for my bags.Then there's the breakfast with soooo many delicious options. I am totally blown away by everything from the handwritten welcome note to the warmly efficient staff to the very reasonable price. Colors is my new favorite hotel on the planet.

Superb hotel in a convenient area. Staff were all friendly, room 305 was great with comfy bed, bathroom clean. Lots of little thoughtful extras, we had a box of biscuits in the room on arrival and a few nice touches in the bathroom such as a pack of tissues, make up remover wipes and stain removal pads. The breakfast is wonderful, plenty of choices for both hot and cold food, menu changed daily, Staff happy for us to leave our luggage on our final day. Would definitely stay here if I return to Sarajevo!

Absolutely no negatives at all!

I liked everything about this place from its location (near the amazing Cigane, downtown and bih/history museums). Breakfast was incredibly rich and everyday a variety of things were served (different sausages, hams, cheese, eggs), 3 different coffee machines, a machine for fresh orange juice! Multiple baked goods, bread, gluten free bread. Milk choice from standard, to oat. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Couldn't hear any other people even if the hotel was fully booked.

Location is great. Room is very clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The additional treats that the hotel left were lovely and the mini bar was reasonably priced. The hotel is in a great location and it is in walking distance to the main areas in Sarajevo. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for us when we checked out. Breakfast was included and it was very good. There was a large selection on offer. There were vegan and GF options available too. I would happily stay at this hotel again!

Everything was perfect. Quick and effective check in. The room was stacked with everything that you need, and more. This including extra tissues, a lot of extra hygiene products, welcome snack on the hotel. Whole hotel was clean as well. If the competitors in town are wondering how this hotel has this high customer review, feel free to come and stay, and experience it yourself. By the way, the pressure on the overhead shower was AMAZING. Have been to a lot of hotels in Europe. This hotel has the best overhead shower pressure of them all. Beats even Villa Copenhagen
