This apartment is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to Maroochydore beach. It was well equipped, and had enough space for our family, especially with the balcony. We hardly heard or saw anyone else during our time there and would be happy to stay here again the next time we are on the Sunshine Coast.

A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice.

Brilliant location; beach 2 minutes walk one way and shops 2 minutes walk the other. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The on-site manager was also very quick to respond when we had a wee problem.

Being so close to the beach meant a bit more noise than I anticipated and I think the odd cleaning job was overlooked (eg.shutter slats). Not anything to stop me going back though.

Location, right next to beach. So much space 2 bedroom (3 beds)/2 bath. Large living room/balcony. Master bed was SUPER comfy! Fully supplied kitchen. Easy bus for getting around town. Several restaurants and small grocery within 1 mile walk. Excellent communication with host/Pim. Wealth of info on area and restaurants!

The pool.... was a little too green looking for me. But you have an entire ocean and beach to visit! 🏖️ Lights in the living area are too bright for evening TV watching, a small lamp would be nice.

Location was great. Parking readily available. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with good waterpressure in shower. Washer and dryer worked well.

The wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms but worked well as you sat in your car outside 😁. Wifi worked well in the living room so probably a positioning thing.

Loved the decor and furnishings. The apartment was very well equipped, very comfortable and relaxing. Location was perfect for us. We had a truly wonderful stay.

The only drawback of a low-rise meant no lift for my elderly mother but she managed well enough. The garage space was a bit tight and there weren't any available car parks. It didn't bother us very much.

Pim the property manager was superb! Customer service focused, responsive, and attentive to all of our requests. The could not have been better. Half block from the beach, but quite and comfortable. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and coffee.

Having a parking garage was really great, but it is a bit tight and a squeeze for larger vehicles.

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Near shops, beach, Surf Club, Bowls Club, weekend markets and restaurants. Grandchildren (teenagers)felt safe to go places on their own. Lock up garage for 1 car Loads of street parking just outside the complex. (Free) Quiet at night We all had a excellent stay and would recommend these apartments. Thank you to our hosts

Loved the location. Close to the lovely small shopping centre of Cotton Tree with all that we needed. The beach just a few steps away. Great for sunrise walks and an early morning coffee at the little kiosk or a swim. Location was quiet away from main roads. We really enjoyed our stay at our Coral Sea Apartment which was well equiped, spacious and comfortable. We were well looked after by Pim, and would certainly return.

Convenience to shops, food, restaurants. Walking distance as well as ample car parking where we visited. The apartment was large and spacious for four adults.

I found the apartment dated, and unfortunately it was not cleaned properly.

Perfect location walking distance to Maroochydore beach and Cotton Tree. Well maintained 3 bedroom unit. Well stocked kitchen and air-conditioned. Onsite manager was exceptionally accommodating and we were very grateful for an early check in with our four month old.
