A friendly greeting and efficient service at Reception welcomed me to Quest on Townsend. Pleasantly surprised by the generous room size. The room was clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. My room had a balcony which not all do, so if it was warmer this would have been an advantage. Quest on Townsend is very centrally located, with easy access to all the facilities and amenities of Albury city centre (including a large shopping mall). I found the three day stay very pleasant and also reasonably priced.

Because of the very high ceilings, it was hard to get the room warm. Even with the air-conditioning on a very high setting, it took a long time to warm up and it cooled down very quickly (not sure what can be done about this, but it was something I discovered). The room needs new curtains, they are absolutely showing the worse for ware! A line of small holes shows where silverfish have been and the mesh curtain is coming away from the railings (it was hard to black out the room).

Lovely room with everything you needed linen, soaps etc nice quality. A kitchenette with a small stovetop, microwave etc so you could cook a meal if you wish, nice art on the walls, laundry on the same floor so, the ammenities were excellent. It was quiet yet close to the main drag and a big shopping complex literally 3-5 minutes walk. Ground floor parking for a fee. The TV worked seamlessly and had free to air and great Foxtel channels.

I have no complaints, only praise and would definitely stay at Quest on Townsend again if I was travelling without my 2 golden retrievers. Actually, I'd be interested if there are any Quest hotels in Victoria or bNSW that accomodate dogs!!

We love the location- some great restaurants/cafes/fooderies next door/across the road. Its presentation is pleasing and the king bed plus shower in the studio apartment were roomy. There were plenty of items for cooking in your room and extra pillows in the wardrobe.

The phone on the desk was not connected so to ask reception questions meant leaving the room and attending reception- we had to do that twice - once because the internet log in on the TV display was not working and secondly because there was milk in the fridge but no tea or coffee.

Location a little bit hard to find but once found was exceptional. We enjoyed walking in the nearby botanical gardens and by the river. Using the old wool exchange lent and air of the historic to it, but the rooms were ultra modern and would be great for a longer stay for business or pleasure. The kitchenette was small but adequate, and the room spacious and airy. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning appropriate. Parking undercover in the building next door was helpful.

I think there was a small design issue with a cupboard placed over he sink, so I hit my head on it when doing tyhe dishes.

Spacious one bedroom apartment, kitchen facilities, very clean and comfortable and well priced, excellent heating, close to Main Street and eating establishments, car parking, ease of everything, staff pleasant and helpful. Like that we could open the door and windows for fresh air as well. Close to Botanical Gardens and a special children’s garden was delightful. War memorial is one of the best. Would stay here again.

If you’re looking for a view there is none but there is a private balcony for smokers or to sit outside. (We’re non smokers).

room was clean, heating was great, extra blanket in the cupboard, bed was so comfy, staff were very friendly, location was perfect I had dinner in a restaurant next door and breakfast at the fancy coffee shop across the road.

How i had to give my credit card for "incidentals" and there was nothing in the fridge, nothing i could see that in my many stays in accommodation which would justify taking my card details.

A lovely modern studio apartment. Centrally Located. Well priced. Spacious, comfortable, clean, comfy king bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Low-fragrance laundry detergent and dish wash (I didn't try the personal care products). Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Walking distance to park and river. Highly recommend staying here.

Strong fragrance/aroma use in the foyer/reception area which permeated the elevator and hallways.

Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quite a large room with a cute little balcony. It smelled nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The lack of parking despite including paid parking in the room rate was an issue. We went out to dinner and when we returned all but the disabled car parks had been taken, so we had to park further up the road.

The staff were nice the place was clean and was in a very convient location.

Only complaint was a family member wanted another key which he went downstairs and requested one. Reception handed him a card without asking who he was and ID nothing and the only name on the booking was mine. We didn’t like knowing that we could go and say can I have another card for room 102 and anyone could get given a card.

Loads of space, 2 bedroom unit Full Kitchen facilities. Large and comfortable lounge area. 2 Bathrooms, 1 ensuited. Large tv, very comfortable beds Lift to first floor undercover parking available($15) but easily accessible

Ensuite bathroom, door handles opened up, rather than down. Tricky as when inside bathroom, appears to be locked. Mentioned this in maintenance leaflet( great idea)
