Room was spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were so lovely. Car spaces were wide which we loved.

Bathroom was dated and shower had mould and slippery. The lights out front were on all night which shone into the room it would be great if they had curtains that curled around to block it or turned them down. None of this would stop us staying again.

We had a lovely family vacation, we had 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean, the pool was very nice and was used daily by the kids (we did get very lucky with warm weather as the pool is outdoors). Location was great, very central with a great restaurant just across the motel, woolworths 5 Min walk and 10-15, Min walk to the mines.

Our shower head wasn't great and it's a bit hard not to have a bath with the kids. My family members in the room next door said they had a great shower... So might just have been our shower head but honestly not a big deal

We were met at reception by a very helpful and friendly attendant. Travelling with a trailer, we had requested space for it. The attendant directed us to a suitable spot within the carpark, visible from our room, and even came out to assist my husband, which was very kind of him. The room was clean and fresh, the hot water was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. There was no traffic noise, and we slept soundly. I highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely stay here again.

The one downside to the room and I think this can be fixed is the smell of the toilet upon entry.

Everything The 3bd apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and extremely comfortable They let me stay by the pool ( which is also a really well done space very chic!), with a late checkout whilst the kids had an event on all day and waited for our late arrival the night before! So friendly Couldn’t recommend highly enough Big parking spots and I even saw like windscreen cleaning stuff so you can sort your car windows out… I’m so impressed with the little extra touches here!!

Nothing this place is a fabulous

Spacious family unit with four beds, great for family with big kids. Tidy and clean, comfortable beds. Safe location (close to police station and fire station); Convenient location as it's close to a main tourist attraction so will be a good spot to start your day with the famous Tram Tour in Bendigo. Friendly hosts.

The shower room of our unit is old, some paint is peeling off. It might be caused by the hot water. The hot water is super burning. Had to adjust water carefully. Everything else is good.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, car park outside of room was quite a wide parking spot which made parking and backing out easy. Providing a bucket of water and squeegee for car windows was a great addition for cleaning car windows in the morning. Lady filling in at reception upon arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. Checking out was simple. Close to talking tram stop, supermarket, Beechworth bakery and the Central Deborah goldmine. Drove into central Bendigo and found plenty of parking Saturday afternoon. Drove to the Old Boundary Hotel for dinner.

Not really a didn't like - bathroom was a bit dated but it was clean and functional. Could clearly hear conversation of neighbouring room when they arrived home late - not sure whether this was because room 10 had an adjoining room door which may have affected the soundproofing of a solid brick wall. The noise wasn't ongoing so was not a big issue. Hot chocolate and herbal tea sachets would be a welcome touch for those who don't drink tea or coffee.

The room and shower were very clean, had everything one would need for their stay. The size of the room was spacious and comfortable overall. We were impressed that there was daily cleaning service as many motels don't offer that until end of stay. Overall really pleasantly suprised and would definitely recommend.

Mattress was a bit too 'springy' for us and uncofortable for our sleep but I guess it is more of a personal taste than the motel's issue. It was nice that there were chairs and table outside of each room, however we were woken up early in the morning by another guest's loud and long phone conversation right outside our window where the chairs were situated... Then again, these are small things that would have made a great stay into a perfect one, and we still enjoyed our stay overall.

I loved my stay at The Heritage Bendigo! It's absolutely clean place: towels, bedding, the whole room is very clean and we'll equipped! Location is amazing!!! Very close to Bendigo town where you will find lots of touristic places such as Botanical garden, Golden Dragon Museum, Lake Weeroona, restaurants, cafe and much more! Swimming pool area is very spacious, clean, fun... the water is solar heated and you will never miss a water fun!!! Fernando and Jen are the owners of this place and they are up to help with anything you need!

I don't have anything to complain. Absolutely nothing!!!

From the moment I got to The Heritage Bendigo, all the staff were very hospitable and looked after myself and my family. The room was comfortable, clean and good for a travelling family. I especially enjoyed the electric blankets as it gets very cold in Bendigo of a nighttime. We were given any extra things when we needed them which was great, because as we were travelling with a toddler and at times need extra milk, plates and cutlery and other miscellaneous. Breakfast was continental but a great way to start the day.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, very happy with my stay.

Lovely staff and good facilities. Everything was clean and tidy. Good air conditioning unit and nice wide car parks for easy unloading.

The small fridge was good however the freezer compartment was not great. Don’t try to keep ice cream in there. It will melt.
