The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My room had a very nice courtyard that was cool and comfortable even in the summer heatwave. Francesco was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than expected. He arrived quickly to let me into my room. The location was amazing with the metro and a variety of restaurants close by. I have stayed there twice and will stay there again.

Entering and exiting the property with a lot of luggage is extremely difficult. Lots of stairs and no ramps. The property is behind locked iron gates without any clear directions to enter. The emails from the property manager were nice but please include clear directions for entering the property or some type of instructions upon arrival.

The bed was huge and really comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to the underground and from there it was easy to get to all the main attractions. Free tea, coffee and bottles of water in the room. Clean and felt very secure with a lovely courtyard.

The shower was a bit strange if you hadn't realised it would be like it is, in the main room visible from the bed. Walls quite thin so could hear other guests but only when they came into the main corridor which wasn't regularly.

The room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The welcoming host is incredibly kind and available for most of the day. This place is a little gem amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room is quite simple and could benefit from additional amenities, such as shampoo or one more chair in the patio, to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, I noticed some noise from late-arriving guests, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, nice room, great price. Close to bus stations and metro. Airport shuttle for additional charge, but still cheaper than what you find on Booking.com or Uber etc.

The room was clean. They allowed us for early check in. They also let some croissants for breakfast. Room was more spacious than we expected. The wifi works well. The location is great 8 min walk from the metro station.

The check in process could have been better if it wasn’t online. We had to recall a guy twice to open the main door and then wait until he message back to inform about the key number and everything else. The iron they let in the room was broken, it leaks water and a part or the cable wasn’t coverd and it transmits electricity.

This small hotel/property was very good. We arrived late and called by phone and everything was organized. We were a group of 5 friends and we were comfortable in the room. The bathroom is large and everything is very clean. We only stayed for 2 days and when we returned from walking around the city they had fixed up our room. Good breakfast and good Italian coffee prepared at the moment during breakfast. A metro nearby to move around the city. The place is very quiet. I recommend!

The five of us share the same room and for us there were no problems. In the room there is a large double bed and 3 personal beds.

Perfectly situated property. Very clean and comfortable. We are a family of five, children 13,10 & 8 and all had there own single beds and we had a large double in one room. This kept the cost down and meant we could stay just a short distance from central Rome. The metro is a five minute walk and you are in the centre within 10 minutes. Staff are pleasant and communication with property is good. They also allowed us to leave our cases after check out when our flight was delayed.

Our only minor complaint is that they should provide some sort of breakfast but as it’s not set up as a hotel I can see why. It’s a minor complaint though. So perhaps some cold meat, yoghurts, cereals and pastries laid out for guests would be good.

The multilingual staff promptly arranged a car service for my airport arrival and efficiently checked us in despite our early arrival. Communication via WhatsApp resolved any issues, even with my roaming troubles. They were quick and efficient in responding to inquiries. The spacious room for four people, accessible toilet with shower, and regular cleaning were exceptional. The car service was valuable, with punctual and friendly drivers. Located just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with excellent communication and friendly staff, I highly recommend this property. My family and I had a fabulous stay. Grazie Mille!

We had no issues. However, having a wall clock would be beneficial as there are no easily accessible windows, and the ambient lighting can distort our perception of time.

The location is in a very quiet area and the metro is 8 minutes away. But, you can easily walk to the Colloseum or another sight. The room was clean and the instructions received from the host were very clear. Also, nearby you can eat at a Trattoria Etruria or if you want something else many restaurants are in the area.

Everything was just like in the pictures. The location is great—near the metro station. The sheets and towels were nice and clean, and the garden was beyond beautiful. Also, they provided espresso and Nescafe with the biscuits—such a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and I couldn't use it.
