Location and room was nice:

I’m an 80 year old woman and the staff had a little fun at my expense on a Sunday check-out telling me that there was no way to get a taxi to the airport and the best I could do was rent one of the bicycles and take it to the train station because there’s no taxis to the train station and from there get a train to the airport. After I initially got upset, I checked with Uber and had a ride within three minutes. I had spent several weeks in a small Tuscan village, where everyone was friendly and lovely. I found that the staff in Rome in the 2 hotels I stayed in were much more abrupt, less helpful and less friendly.

We had a great stay at Hotel Gregoriana. The room was small but well appointed and very clean. The staff were fantastic and the location is amazing, but the beds were a bit too firm for our liking. The breakfast was fantastic (try the lovely cheese!), but the breakfast room got very busy very quickly so you ended up waiting a long time to be served breakfast, as there was only one staff member serving each morning. The shower was amazing. The room had no real view, but overlooked a small central atrium, which was nice. It was very quiet. Overall, the place is fantastic and you really couldn't ask for a better location - you can walk to everything important from the hotel. Would I stay again? Probably not, but only because of the beds. Decent value for money.

The beds were very hard and it took a long time to be served breakfast in the morning. Also, there was no HDMI hook up on the TV for my laptop - a small inconvenience.

The location is ideal, the street is quiet despite the busy area where the hotel is located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It would be nice if the breakfast room could be available for a coffee during the day or in the afternoon/evening.

The mattress was wobbly and small. The shower cabin needs a small shelf for soap/shampoo! The doors to the rooms were hard to operate, especially for people with reduced strength.

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. The room was very clean and the balcony, although small was wonderful with lots of plants and a cute little bistro table. The Spanish Steps are right down the block and the Trevi Fountain is about a 6 minute walk. There are restaurants every where. The area is very walk able unless you have some mobility issues. The breakfast is great and included Be sure to look at the menu for more items you can get for breakfast.

The rooms are very nice, lobby is tiny. The staff was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage as we arrived before check in. There was no place to gather as a group initially, but then a staff member told us of a rooftop space, which turned out to be lovely. The location was good, right near a square if you wanted to take a hop on hop off bus, and the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were walkable.

Perfectly situated right next to the Spanish steps and well connected to other parts of the city by the a near by metro. Very clean bathrooms!

Beds are more on the hard side and the pillows a bit worn out. Breakfast was not a buffet style, but you could order what you’d like to eat from a list. There was a surcharge for eggs and the bread was not very fresh.

Location is a quick walk to Trevi Fountain and pantheon. Spanish steps and high end shopping are a block away. The rooms was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful when asked for anything. I have to give props to the breakfast staff who made gave us a beautiful bread-pastry basket every morning along with coffee made our way. Scrambled eggs upon request made perfectly.

Wonderful area, right by the Spanish Steps, but in a quiet street. Large room and attached bathroom (amazing size in Rome for the price), with nice deco. The hotel was able to book us a large, comfy van to take us to the airport.

The breakfast was not fresh or diverse (pastries were stale and the fruit was old). The noise from the breakfast area was quite loud in our room in the morning (even with our windows closed).

Great location - close to all the sites in the North of Rome. Can be a bit more difficult to get across the city at peak times if you need a cab to the train station or the airport. A supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants. Helpful staff on the reception desk who are happy to call cabs for you.

There is a good selection for breakfast but it isn’t a buffet - you need to ask for things individually to be brought to the table. The Spagna metro station (which is very near) is currently closed

Location was perfect near Spanish steps and central to other top spots. No in house restaurant however continental breakfast is available. Lots of restaurants and eateries everywhere as you enjoy this beautiful city. Welcoming hotel and staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good security, we felt safe. Everyone helpful and generous with time and knowledge. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and when we return to Rome in the future would definitely stay with them again.
