The split level room we had meant that my son and I had our own areas so that was great, and the sofa bed for my son was comfortable.

When you book a split level room via booking.com the property has a number of these rooms and they are not all the same. You could get allocated a split level room (as we were) that looks nothing like booking.com's photographs. It was only after complaining that we were allocated a really good split level - the one we had the first night was appalling. The room went from a 1/10 to a 9/10, the difference was that significant. Better to book directly with the property.

The area, close to everything but at the same time a place super isolated from the noise of the street. The attention of the people at the reception, especially Lucky... very friendly and helpful during our stay, they gave us complimentary coffee, mineral water, wine... whatever you needed you asked for.

The elevator rang every time someone called it, it is the only detail that could be improved since you could hear that sound from early on and it would wake you up if you wanted to sleep a little longer.

Staff was amazing- met us upon arrival, helped with booking early taxis. Location was outstanding- a few blocks from Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro. Having a small kitchenette was a huge help, and hosts had wine and large water bottles for us on arrival.

Shower was a little small in our particular room- think "cruise ship" shower. Despite this, worked great and no issues. The other family we were traveling with had a regular sized bathroom (but we had a small balcony and they did not).

I loved our seven day stay at this property. The staff greeted us warmly at check-in. Throughout the week, Nadya, Lucky, and Alessandro were friendly, professional, and great resources for us. The property is just steps from Piazza di Spangna and Piazza del Popolo, yet so quiet. There are dozens of great restaurants, shops, and gelaterias within six blocks. The apartment was spotless and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Every morning I opened our little kitchen window to enjoy a cappuccino and gaze up at the Villa Borghese. There are laundry facilities conveniently located in the basement.

The room is just like in the pictures. Nice furniture style and layout. Salvatore Ferragamo products in bathrooms. The bed is super comfy, so you wake up well rested for the day ahead. The location is perfect - walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed for the child was of a good size, but it bends in the middle. Would be nice to replace it.

The location was the best! Easy access to many attractions, restaurants, etc. and close to meeting points for several of our tours. Staff was helpful and accommodating. The 2 bedrooms worked well for us. It was well appointed with closets and wardrobe space for clothing, which was great for our stay of nearly a week. We appreciated the kitchen space and beverages provided. The main bed was very comfortable. The keys and doors were a little tricky.

We expected to have access to a rooftop terrace, as shown in many of the photos, with a jacuzzi. We thought this was at least shared space, if not private space. We were disappointed with the small outside space, with no views. We felt the photos and listing were misleading. The small bed was not comfortable. The corner shower was very small and hard for my husband to fit in comfortably.

Great place! We arrived earlier than expected and the room was ready, waiting clean and stunning, with treats and surprises from the staff. The staff was so kind and professional, helping with everything we needed. The room itself is luxurious, it seems like every detail has been thought of to make it a great experience. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. The location is excellent! Between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. Highly recommended!

The bed is a little hard and not big enough in our opinion, but that's a matter of personal taste. The shower is small so a couple's shower is out of the question. Despite that, the place still exceeds expectations and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

The location is incredibly convenient, especially for a first time visitor. You can access many of Rome's incredible sights in under 30 minutes of strolling. Via del Babuino itself is full of shops, and the Spagna metro station is 5 minutes away. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants, and the Carrefour Express is always available in a pinch. The staff was very friendly and accomodating -- Lucky, especially, with whom we dealt with more frequently both when arranging the stay and during it. We also had very pleasant interactions with Nadia and Alessandro. The apartment is super comfortable. The main bedroom, on the upper floor, was spacious, and my son also enjoyed having his own room. Both beds were very nice to sleep on. The kitchen, while small, was furnished daily with new coffee capsules and water by the cleaning staff. They were, by the way, invaluable to our pleasant experience: when we returned to the apartment after a long day of walking, it always smelled incredible from them working their magic.

I can't really say anything negative. It was all positive for us.

The property has an authentic and charming atmosphere that makes you feel like a true Roman. The experience was enhanced by thoughtful details and excellent hospitality. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. It is also situated in a district filled with boutiques and great restaurants. The apartment’s authentic interior design added to the charm, making it a unique and immersive experience. Although it’s not a hotel, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from bathrobes and slippers to toothpaste and a shoe brush. Additionally, since we stayed in February when nights were still chilly, the apartment was preheated before our arrival, ensuring a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We would also like to give special recognition to Lucky(Laki), receptionist, who greeted and saw us off with such warmth every time. He created a friendly atmosphere and always put us in a great mood. We felt as if we were visiting our own Italian uncle :)

Everything was great, and we had no complaints.

This is an exceptional property, located in the heart of a luxurious shopping area near the Spanish Steps. It was so nice that we stayed here twice during the same vacation. Our main reason for returning was Lucky who runs the front desk on most late afternoons/nights. He is the loveliest, most accommodating and sweetest man that absolutely bent over backwards to welcome and assist us with all of our needs during both stays. He made my daughter feel special with laughter, left a tiny robe & slippers for her, remembered my birthday with a sweet gesture, assisted us with laundry, called our taxis and really attended to every need. Nothing short of going above and beyond! He’s honestly the best and transformed a great property into a magical experience. We cannot wait to return and see his smiling face!!!
