We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Jeddah! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What really stood out was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the smooth check-in and relaxing atmosphere, exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Jeddah! Clean room , very handy to the airport if you are on a business trip or even for a short stay . And i have to say that Mrs.Abeer Al- Ghamdi showed a very professional customer service by calling and making sure that everything is alright, also when i have done the check out the lady at the morning shift at the reception has done the process in a smooth way with no time. So , nothing to mentioned here as customer service was exceptional 👍🏻

I didn't use most of the facilities because it was a short stay . But the gym looks clean and organised . The cafe at the roof needed a bit of decoration to add some vibes on it but overall was ok for chilling beside the pool . The only thing that could be missing is a small mini mart at the hotel coz there is non in the surroundings . The food was ok ( need a-bit of verity though , also it's a bit pricey for the options that i found . Didn't try the breakfast so i cant judge here .

Our recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Jeddah was nothing short of amazing! Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, making our experience even more special. The hotel’s location is perfect, especially for travelers, as it is close to the airport—ideal for anyone needing a restful stopover after a long flight. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious Iftar & Suhoor. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and had a great variety, catering to different tastes. It was exactly what we needed after a tiring journey. We were also traveling with our one-year-old, and the hotel’s staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. From assisting with special requests to ensuring we had everything we needed for our little one, their service was impeccable.

One of the best hotel stays I have had! Definitely going to make this place my “go to hotel” whenever I visit Jeddah! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Front desk officer Abdullah was so polite, friendly and very eager to help. Even when I called the reception to request for an amenity kit, Abdullah even offered to order takeout dinner for me. That “going the Extra Mile attitude” is what anyone looks for when staying at any hotel. Room was super clean and feels comfortable like home. The hotel has many parking spaces including a basement, so you don’t need to worry if you bring a car with you!

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Jeddah Madinah Road. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and major highways, making it easy to access. The room was spacious and modern, exuding a luxurious feel right from the elevator. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from Mrs. Abeer Alghamdi, the Front Office Manager. Her exceptional helpfulness, politeness, and support truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, which greatly enhanced my experience.

The room’s spacious and has a modern touch. It gives a 5 star vibe once you’re in the lift which is activated by a card key . Special thanks to the receptionist Mr badur and housekeeper Mr shoujib. Breakfast at the lobby was okay with a great selection and smiling friendly staff. Liked the open table of Arabic coffee and dates at the lobby too.

The bed is not queen size rather a twin bed put together🤷🏻‍♀️ the unpleasant smell on the first room reeked of cigarettes we had to be moved to a city view room after an hour of checking in. The swimming pool’s water needs some changing. There were plastic candy wafer wrappers everywhere no staff to look after its cleanliness. The steam bath room’s not working and with no staff around had to operate the sauna myself. No mini market nearby.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, exactly what we were hoping for. The staff were all friendly and professional, with a special mention to the gentleman who checked us in. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made a great first impression.

The only downside was the undercroft parking, as the spaces were very tight and a bit tricky to navigate. If you have a larger vehicle, be prepared for a bit of a squeeze.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Abeer. Despite being on leave, she went above and beyond to assist us with our booking. What truly stood out was her proactive approach—she contacted the hotel directly to ensure everything was in order and confirmed that our arrangements were perfect. Staff is very friendly and reception ladies are very cooperative, I asked for late check-out and they accommodated my request swiftly. Breakfast is super with lots of options of fine food and drinks. Room size is big and bed is comfy. Pool size and water temperature is good. Location is good with supermarket just near the hotel and lots of food options with in walking distance . Very close to the airport and around 7 min. to mall of arabia by taxi.

Gym needs more space and equipments.

Staff is cool and always smiling especially there's one guy he was trainer but he's serving in professional ways..

Maybe need to clean better room carpet, but it was clean really and I'm not complaining, only wish them to be best. And nothing to comment really everything was perfect from service and restaurant and staff was smiling all time. Nice hotel really..
