The location of hotel is perfect, actually can not be better. Hotel is situated in the center just one street behind the see, but in the quiet one. The Wi-Fi is stable and strong with a outside range, around the block. The cleanses is perfect. The stuff is very polite. Upon arriving on the TV was personalized welcomed slogan and in the room: fresh fruits, bottle of vine and water. From our balcony the view was great having in mind that even part of sea was visible. Coffee frappe was excellent, even one day was prepared, in advance, which is very nice gesture.

The breakfast has a room for improvement. For example the variety of bread and ham is missing.

The room was connected to another room by an interior door. The sound insulation was poor, and we could hear every word they said. I assume they could hear us as well. Very inconvenient…

We loved everything about the hotel, location was brilliant. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were charming. Everything worked. Loved the Ancient Greek ruins under the ground floor. Brought some needed culture to our trip!

Hotel staff was amazing, exceptionally friendly and always ready to help you. Breakfast was wonderful, a great start of the explorer day. Hotel location is great, although brought some wonders how to get to it by a car ;-), as entrance is on walking street, but hotel provided valet service and it was very simple with car parking. Plenty of excellent dining options within one-step from the hotel, inclusive the hotel's restaurant providing tasty meals.

"Interesting" idea to have to dry yourself in the room entrance after the shower, as toilet/shower were separate relatively small boxes. This was not fully convenient, but it didn't spoil our stay at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – just one street back from the sea, which means it’s close to the sea yet peaceful, with no traffic noise. The neighborhood feels very safe, and everything is within walking distance: the port is only a few minutes away, and you can reach the White Tower in about 10–15 minutes on foot. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – from the welcoming reception team to the lovely housekeeping lady who kept everything tidy. A perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city.

The staff were absolutely fantastic – from the warm welcome on arrival to the thoughtful support throughout our stay. They went above and beyond, adding bathroom bars for me after my operation, helping my mum bring breakfast up every morning, and always checking in with genuine kindness. The cleaning team were wonderful too, and the whole atmosphere in the hotel felt friendly and caring.

Nothing – everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel was in the heart of Thessaloniki. The parking in that area is always a problem. Hotel arranged an outside parking garage, and they transferred my car between the hotel and the garage. The staff in the reception and in the restaurant was amazing, always smiling and always ready to help. The hotel was build on top of the ruins, with glass floors where you can see the historical establishment under the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. I would expect to pay much more for this kind of room and hotel. We will definitely come back.

Location was great for seeing the sights of Thessaloniki. The hotel is built on old ruins found which they have highlighted throughout the ground floor of the hotel. The room was very clean, we were given a fruit platter upon arrival and the parking and valet service was super easy

The hotel seemed quiet however they had put people staying close by one another eg on floor 5 and I could hear the person next door snoring (all night) Its a shame as the bed was very comfy but I couldn’t sleep well so maybe something to think of when there are fewer quests to spread them out in the hotel rather than all next to one another.

Central location, close to the port, the shopping centre and all the restaurants. 1 minute walk from the port. The staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast is superb! Big variety and very delicious! The penthouse room is very spacious and clean. The room is designed for maximum comfort. We were 4 people, and this room was perfect for us. We had to leave early to catch our flight, so the staff prepared us 2 breakfast bags with juices, water, sandwiches, and fruits. It was very thoughtful of them.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was simply great!!
