It really depends on what type of vacation you want - the staff was really nice, trying to help you with anything - the room was cleaned every day - the food was good, but if you are staying longer than 3 days it can be repetitive (with 1,2 courses changed) - the distrance to the beach is around 15-20 minutes - supermarket available next to the hotel The biggest plus they have are the pools (2 big ones and 1 small for children) but with a tight schedule 10:00 - 17:00 Overall, a nice hotel depanding on what you're looking for

Although it's not about the hotel, the supermarket loud music until 1AM really annoyed me For us the schedule of the hotel was a bit off with an early bird child: Starting with 8 breakfast, 12:30 Lunch and 18:30 dinner.

The room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean, with a nice bathroom and a large balcony. The bed was really comfortable. Good lightning in the room. Staff was friendly. The pool area was alright, could use some renovation but the water was really clean and didn’t smell like chlorine. Food was OK, not excellent but also not bad. We had from where to choose and it was different from one day to the other, with thematic food every other day (in the evening). The area is pretty quiet, we could sleep with the balcony door wide open as there were not that many loud noises at night. We were lucky to find parking in front of the hotel, other parking space was a few minutes (on foot) away.

Casino and a la carte restaurant were closed. (Alcoholic) beverages were mediocre at best. Breakfast could’ve started earlier (it starts at 8am). The music at the pool and restaurant was provided by an old portable speaker that didn’t have good audio quality, some music for ambiance would’ve been nice. There was one evening with “live violin” music so that’s cool. There was no COLD water flowing in the shower.

Hotel and staff was good. It was like as on booking photos and explains. The housekeeping was nice. Rooms were clean. The staff were wellcoming and helpful. The hotel was not far from the sea side. Except toilets and restaurant, this was a nice vacation and accomodation for us.

The swimming pool was relatively small. And there was not a shower near the pool. Toilets in general use were dirty. The restaurant had only chicken and pork. There was no beef. We said that situation to the receptionist and chef. But they could not have an action. The buffet was weak. The hotel should think more universal for preparing menu. The parking lots were not free.

The hotel is excellent value for money. Anyone complaining about the food is an idiot; it was perfectly fine, but not stellar, as you would expect for a standard buffet. The rooms were perfectly clean, the AC worked as it should. NONE of the complaints i read about in reviews before travelling turned out to be right. Not one. The staff is friendly and nice. While i was at the hotel, especially during meal times, i never saw one of them just standing doing nothing. Some people complain about the "distance" to the beach. Stop being fat.

Not much to say here. The only thing i would like seeing improved is having a soda/sparkling water dispensing machine instead of going to the bar and asking for those.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, good food

The parking was 5 min walking from the hotel and the hotel doesn’t have opening to the beach or neither they have sunbeds included.

The staff, the food boufe was excellent, very good meat. Eat as much as you want and drink as much as you want plus the fact that with all inclusive you order coffee or bear free when you eat or just want to visit the bar area.

The parking arrangements, you have to tell them each time when you take the car and they promise that will keep your place and then multiple times there was not a place for us. We were asked to pay a lot for the parking and not to keep your space it's really frustrating, I complained they kinda fixed it after that.

Everything was absolutely great. The food was very good and there is really something for everyone. Also well served. Staff very helpful, especially the waiters. The maid cleaned well, even when we didn't want to clean, she still cleaned. Great view of the sea from the balcony, we had a room on the 13th floor. It is about 10 minutes to the beach. A parasol and 2 sunbeds cost 36 leva per day. The sea was great.

I think the hotel takes good care of the welfare of the clients. I have nothing to fault the staff.

We got a room upgrade, having a view of the sea. It was really nice and I want to thank the hotel staff for this blessing. The food was relatively diverse, mostly delicious. The bar drinks were fine. The pool was clean mostly. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. We got new towels every day. Good value for money surely!

The number of elevators was too little for the amount of people at the hotel, and on top of that only 2/3 worked at a time. Some of the food that was grilled wasn't grilled enough and was basically uncooked (chicken).

plenty of food, but almost all of them with dill. not paying attention for food waste. Not having policy regarding reusable materials. Plastic cups, cheap ice cream. air conditioning working from central control, thus you are not able to set the temperature in room. Shower with broken shower head.

Overall the hotel was really great with a good ratio value for money. We booked 4 rooms: 2 economy, one larger for 3 persons and 1 apartament for 2 adults and 2 children. Overall the rooms were very good and recently renovated. I recommend to take the superior room with balcony and not the economy one, as the economy one is pretty small. The overall food and drinks were very good. Again, overall we found this hotel a good value for money and a very good budget hotel si lots of services, great personnel

The wifi was not too great The lobby and restaurant I think will need some interior redesign, just a personal note, for the hotel to look more appealing. Some reusable cups for drinks. I think too much plastic is wasted.
