It really depends on what type of vacation you want - the staff was really nice, trying to help you with anything - the room was cleaned every day - the food was good, but if you are staying longer than 3 days it can be repetitive (with 1,2 courses changed) - the distrance to the beach is around 15-20 minutes - supermarket available next to the hotel The biggest plus they have are the pools (2 big ones and 1 small for children) but with a tight schedule 10:00 - 17:00 Overall, a nice hotel depanding on what you're looking for

Although it's not about the hotel, the supermarket loud music until 1AM really annoyed me For us the schedule of the hotel was a bit off with an early bird child: Starting with 8 breakfast, 12:30 Lunch and 18:30 dinner.

The room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean, with a nice bathroom and a large balcony. The bed was really comfortable. Good lightning in the room. Staff was friendly. The pool area was alright, could use some renovation but the water was really clean and didn’t smell like chlorine. Food was OK, not excellent but also not bad. We had from where to choose and it was different from one day to the other, with thematic food every other day (in the evening). The area is pretty quiet, we could sleep with the balcony door wide open as there were not that many loud noises at night. We were lucky to find parking in front of the hotel, other parking space was a few minutes (on foot) away.

Casino and a la carte restaurant were closed. (Alcoholic) beverages were mediocre at best. Breakfast could’ve started earlier (it starts at 8am). The music at the pool and restaurant was provided by an old portable speaker that didn’t have good audio quality, some music for ambiance would’ve been nice. There was one evening with “live violin” music so that’s cool. There was no COLD water flowing in the shower.

Hotel and staff was good. It was like as on booking photos and explains. The housekeeping was nice. Rooms were clean. The staff were wellcoming and helpful. The hotel was not far from the sea side. Except toilets and restaurant, this was a nice vacation and accomodation for us.

The swimming pool was relatively small. And there was not a shower near the pool. Toilets in general use were dirty. The restaurant had only chicken and pork. There was no beef. We said that situation to the receptionist and chef. But they could not have an action. The buffet was weak. The hotel should think more universal for preparing menu. The parking lots were not free.

The rooms at the Havana Hotel are quite comfortable. The jacuzzi in the room is a nice bonus. The staff at reception and barmans are very friendly and work professionally. The food in the restaurant is varied, of good quality, to suit all tastes. The hotel pools are clean and nice, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel deserves praise.

The restaurant staff strictly controlled every working minute of the waiters, forcing them to interfere with the guests' quiet dining experience, ask questions, take dishes from their hands, and be unfriendly. Resort hotels need a little more relaxation. And washing dishes can be better.

The second card room entry : can be a service to be charged on check in .Because when you are on holiday, maybe you need a rest, but you are disturbed by the partner when he is coming into the room.A different situation when in the room are two different persons not a couple. .I have been talking with the reception manager-thank you for your answer, but it is not a "security" procedure, it is about the people who are loosing the cards we now, so this is the reason it is better to have this service: the people should pay it for.This people are charged and you can make a new cards.. This is not a complaint it is a suggestion. Thank you.

The hotel is excellent value for money. Anyone complaining about the food is an idiot; it was perfectly fine, but not stellar, as you would expect for a standard buffet. The rooms were perfectly clean, the AC worked as it should. NONE of the complaints i read about in reviews before travelling turned out to be right. Not one. The staff is friendly and nice. While i was at the hotel, especially during meal times, i never saw one of them just standing doing nothing. Some people complain about the "distance" to the beach. Stop being fat.

Not much to say here. The only thing i would like seeing improved is having a soda/sparkling water dispensing machine instead of going to the bar and asking for those.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, good food

The parking was 5 min walking from the hotel and the hotel doesn’t have opening to the beach or neither they have sunbeds included.

Hotel: you can see it was renovated. All cleaned, staff kind, parking with a fee (15-25leva) Rooms: clean, spacious, beds very confy, bathroom neat, balcony, panoramic windows. Towels, bedlinen all snowwhite. Restaurant: plenty of food, good variety, meat everyday, somedays fish, good coffee, bar with non-alc and alc drinks and cocktails. Pool: can’t comment here cause never was, i prefer the sea) Location: 7min. Looks far but actually its not thst bad. You reach just the center of Holden Sands. And is not in the noisy part so its good to sleep at night even with opened balcony.

Everything was great, it exceded my expectations. Rooms large and comfortable, friendly staff, delicious food and various. Everyday new meals, except the fruits and vegetables that were served everyday. We had a very good time with our family and we are likely to recommend to others and come back in the future.

For me 10 minutes to the beach, for my grandma' 20. She was a little bit tired, however not dissatisfied.
