Absolutely delightful place to stay in a great walled City that was fun to visit. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable, with 2 arge chairs at the table Our hostess was friendly and helpful with suggestions for our stay. At breakfast, which was included at a reasonable rate, everything was beautifully presented and the variety of foods were delicious. Location was perfect to visit Rothenburg

I can’t think of anything we didn’t love. We wish it had been sunny so we could enjoy the garden!

Breakfast was very good but location of the buffet was awkward. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. They made us feel completely welcome.

The WiFi was terrible. It was hard to login and it would fade out without warning. We had moths in our room. The shower was awkward and did not contain the water within the shower area.

Hotel Gerberhaus had a lovely old German atmosphere. The hotel was decorated with many heritage antiques and pictures especially in the dining room and on the wide staircases and stairways. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The morning breakfast was excellent with many choices. The location was walking distance to the main square and many shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was outstanding and the owner paid us a visit our first morning, she was delightful. Gave several tips for local fare and navigating the town. We loved Rothenburg. Also needed to print our Bavarian castles ticket and she was more than happy to assist. Gardens in the back of the hotel were well maintained. A nice hide out from the tourists on Main Street! Great beer too. Fresh fruit was also available daily for a quick snack.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We don’t have a negative thing to say. We found parking to be tight and expensive inside the city and certain times of the day were near impossible to navigate. So we used P1 as our resting spot for the car. Safe, secure and close to the hotel.

Everything the entire staff was awesome/very helpful from giving places to eat, exchanging money and places to see. The breakfast each morning was amazing/fantastic. In the evening just sitting and enjoying a Nice white wine from the area. I guarantee you will love your stay whether for a night or a week.

Right in the heart of city center. The building dates back to the 16th century. Each room is unique. Very comfy bed and modern bathroom. Owner is wonderful and made sure we had all that we needed. Parking was convenient, not too far away.

This place was great! In an old old town in an old old building it was clean clean. The staff always happy and helpful. A beautiful Biergarten in back with a self serve bier cooler. The breakfast was the best of the six different places we stayed at on this trip.

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave. By the time we left we felt like part of the family.

Great location within the old town walls of a very beautiful medieval town, quiet with beautiful dappled shaded garden, really great breakfast from the coffee shop offering of the business

No room facilities to make a hot drink from a business that ends its offering at 6pm. No air conditioning or fans which became an issue for sleeping with the extreme early season weather, not boding well for the main summer season.

The cleanliness, friendliness and hospitality of the hotel and all the staff there. The breakfast is perfect! There are heaters in the room and in the toilet too. The room is spacious as well. I will surely stay here when I visit Rothenburg again.

Staff were very friendly, parking was available. My large dog was made very welcome. Breakfast was nice. Bathroom was a little small but most European bathrooms are. Would definitely stay again
