I stayed at Boulevard Hotel from February 16 to 22, 2025 (6 nights) as a solo traveler, and I had a fantastic experience! The hotel is in the perfect location—right in the middle of all attractions, surrounded by great restaurants, and close to the beach and parks, which I really enjoyed, especially with the beautiful snowy scenery. I felt safe walking around the area, even as a solo traveler, which made my trip even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Miss Fatima (receptionist) and the hotel manager for upgrading my room to a Junior Suite—I loved the balcony, especially when it snowed! Also, I truly appreciate Miss Victoria for assisting me before check-out and Mr. Lasha (bellboy) for helping with my luggage from the 3rd floor to the car. Overall, an amazing and safe experience—I highly recommend this hotel!

Loved perfect location (everything steps away) and breakfast: good choice of coffee, juice, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bakery. Liked bathrobes and room service options. We're late in our check-in for a day or so, but asked staff to leave us some food after long travel and they brought us breakfast food to the room - appreciated that extra effort - thanks!

Walk-up stairs to a 3rd floor with luggage could be a challenge, but luckily, the front desk person helped us. A bit pricey $$. And we didn't like downsloped on one side ceiling of the room and bathroom personally and nonrefundable policy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located right in the city center, just a short walk from the beach and the sea — perfect for exploring and relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of food options every morning. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the little extras like bathrobes, a safe, a large wardrobe, and different types of pillows. The staff were polite and helpful throughout.

A couple of things could be improved. I couldn't quite figure out how the air conditioner worked — it seemed to turn on automatically. Also, there appeared to be some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Lastly, the doors are locked with regular keys and don’t close as securely as modern magnetic keycard systems.

This was the coziest hotel we've ever been to, in Batumi. If you're searching for a more casual, comfy and intimate stay, this hotel is highly recommended. The location is fantastic. It's located at the best part of the boulevard, close to great restaurants, very close to the beach, and has a lot of enternaining things to do near the hotel. We loved that.

Probably their refund policy. Let me explain: we ate at a very famous and popular restaurant nearby and to everyone's surprise, got food poisoned. While our reservation was for 7 nights, we had to cut our trip short and go back home to our family doctor in Tbilisi after only 4 nights. Nothing wrong with the hotel, the hotel was great, but I wish their policy allowed a partial refund for those nights that we had to leave. Not sure how much control they had over this, but that was a bummer.

The location,.the room, the cleanliness and service , the breakfast overall was nice but since it was low season there wasn't a buffet , we had to choose each day what we want from a menu for the the next day...so it was a little limiting /a commitment. But the food was fresh and good

There was a smell mold in the room because of some water damage near the window. Wasn't very strong and after a few minutes in the room we didn't feel.it ,.but probably not healthy to breath it. There wasn't visible mold anywhere .

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. When I asked for the location of our bus station, the receptionist was patient and helpful. And her English is very good, we communicated fine. I also enjoyed that the window was right beside the street. I loved sitting there watching people passing by. The location is good too. It’s only walking distance to the beach. Although I need to go through a park to get to the beach, it turned out I enjoyed the park too!

It was a little noisy during the night. It didn’t bother me much though. But my family was a little affected by it.

I would say I absolutely loved the vibe of the place and the location - it is bang central Batumi; which means you can walk to almost all the things to see or even the places to eat at. It blends beautifully into the Batumi vibe and is just lovely! The rooms are gorgeous and open into the streets with big windows - amazing morning!

Loved that the hotel was at the centre of every tourist attraction i wanted to visit. The Hotel is situated at very safe, clean and quiet area. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The service was great. Special thanks to Linda who was at the Reception during my stay there. Very helpful and friendly. Value for money. 10/10 across the board.

For travellers, the location is really good. The distance to the sea or tourism sites is short. Staffs are nice and easy to communicate with. Also, the hotel and room look good.

Thanks to staff. They let us check in much earlier. Unfortunately, the room(103) itself has problems. There is construction site nearby. The noise is huge during the day. We didn’t care much about it because we go out in the daytime. But at night, we found outside the window, there are several air conditioning machines which creat noise whole night. Sad about that.

This is a small hotel, with natural character, placed in a beautiful location. Though in a historical property the rooms are spatious and modern. Comfortable beds, good quality linen. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. All in all, a place I looked forward to relax and rewind in at the end of some very busy and hectic days.

As is a converted large townhouse, the property does not have a lift. The staff did their very best to help with luggage but guests with mobility issues may well request ground floor rooms. Breakfast was good, but starts only at 8.
