Super nice stuff, great place, rooms very clean and comfortable. Good attention. Facilities are very close to the beach, it has 3 pools and 2 jacuzzies, I recommend this hotel.

I set my arriving between 6 pm and 7 pm. I could arrive around 7:20 pm. For my surprise the room was not ready yet at that time. I was really tired, I traveled with my family: my wife and two daughters, one of them have special needs, so was very exhausting to wait another hour to get my room.

Activities are great, pool was really comfortably heated for March, and we love the gardens and lighting around them. This was our first time in a 2-bedroom unit, and it was really comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful at check-in, even though it was almost midnight.

The lights in both the bathrooms in our unit were a little sketchy. They are recessed lights and flickers and made noise when they came on, and continued to flicker. Didn’t feel super safe.

Beautiful gardens. Room was clean and a good size with a great view. Having many pools and they were clean. Never felt crowded. The activities director was a lot of fun

It was father from the beach than I would have liked but we had a great view!

I loved the location and the people that worked there

The hot tub wasn’t as clean as it could be the men handling around in the garage was kind of un welcoming the elevator are scary they need a upgrade and the balcony was dirty and wasn’t inviting to sit outside

Every one on staff is warm and welcoming and helpful. Every time we walked by a staff member on the property they greeted us. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Location proximal to the beach

Not being able to see the ocean from our room. They put us across from the tiki bar which was ok until the night of the live entertainment.

Location was right across the street from the ocean. Room had a very nice kitchenette which made it easy for us to have breakfast, Patio bar was great, and had live music on 2 days of our stay, to which we danced the night away. Private beach being across the street was awesome. Spent several hours each day there.

we got two bedrooms suite. comfortable and full kitchen. Very Clean. the beach is walking distance. Pompano has a beautiful Beach Village.

check in staff : extremely rude and didn’t give any information at all. After “check in”it was required to go to the concierge. The concierge was completely different : Supernice and helpful.

Location was great and we enjoyed the tiki bar as well as the cafe!

Our 2 bedroom ended up being 2 suites. The shower in the suit was very difficult to get in and out.

The Club Wyndham time share sales pitch was awful. It was aggressive and high pressure. They have a great product, but ruin it with high pressure sales tactics.
