Very cozy hotel. Hotel is right in the center of SaPa. Got top floor room with amazing view to town and mountains. Super lovely personnel. Most helpful people I’ve ever met. Got us tickets to Fansipan, so we won’t need to stay in line, told us what should we see around. Accidentally left our passports in hotels safe-box and they sent them back to HaNoi so we could continue our trip. Big thumbs up for Jenny! Wish we stayed more days, I hope we come back.

I'm not giving it the highest rating because, unfortunately, at 5:30 in the morning, some guests on the same floor started shouting and disturbing others. Furthermore, there was construction work on the street with a cement mixer all night, and at 6 in the morning it was making noise. A bit of a mess on the floors, with brooms and other items left lying around

The breakfast served at the hotel was equally delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring Sapa. Miss Trang went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. She helped us purchase tickets to popular attractions like Cat Cat Village and the Alpine Coaster, arranged for transportation via Grab or taxi, and even suggested taking a motorcycle to Cat Cat Village to enhance our journey, given the construction along the way. She also helped us secure tickets for the Train and cable car to Fansipan Mountain, making the experience even more special. Her recommendations turned our visit into a truly memorable and unique adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend Eden Boutique Hotel to all travelers, especially Muslim guests, as the nearby halal food options are not only convenient but also wonderfully flavorful. A perfect stay—100% recommended! 💯

Room was ok for the 4 of us... bed was big to accommodate us. Breakfast was ok... they have a lot of fruits during our stay and I love it. They cooked bacon perfectly. They also provide pho for breakfast. Cleanliness... this is something they can work on... the headboard was really dirty.... need cleaning also in the cabinets

There staff is very nice... Trang helped us with our transfer and was always looking after us...checking what we need. Joan another FO staff was very accommodating. The guy who assisted and offered omelette was also very nice... deserve to be appreciated.

We arrived at the airport in Hà Nội at 2am. I had organised for a private car with the hotel, but because the airport is big I wasn’t sure where I was meant to meet the driver. I called the reception and they answered. They called the driver to track him down and get the driver to come to us. I was so overwhelmed, but I was so amazed at how ready the reception staff were to assist us so early in the morning. This hotel goes above and beyond with its customers. I organised a private car back to the airport in a 7 seater, and the hotel got us another limousine for the same price. Such a wonderful experience with them

Everything was perfect in every way

Our overall experience was definitely worth it—I honestly wish we could have extended our stay for another day or two. From the staff to the accommodation, food, and overall service, everything was excellent. I would 100% recommend this place. The room was clean and, while not very large, it was perfectly comfortable for four people. The lighting was very good, and the environment was peaceful—an ideal spot for a quiet, relaxing stay. The building is surrounded by several massage places, which could be convenient for those looking to unwind even more during their trip. The food was really great - every meal felt freshly prepared, and the quality was superb. We even joked about wishing we could take it with us to our next destination (though we did sneak some bread 😂). The staff, from the receptionist to the kitchen and dining team, had such a warm and welcoming presence throughout our stay. Special kudos to Lig (or Ling), the receptionist—Ma'am, you truly made our stay so convenient and memorable. You made sure to check in on us about our plans for the day and you helped us navigate to our next destination, and your suggestion on how to get to the Glass Bottom Bridge was a lifesaver. What impressed me most was how you went above and beyond to help me find a cake for my friend’s birthday. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the cake delivery—it came with everything we needed: disposable plates, forks, even a cake slicer. They also included more candles than expected, a sparkling candle, and a birthday hat! It was such a thoughtful and complete setup. Amazing service all around.

Her kindness really stood out and made a big difference. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and while the rooms are slightly dated and could use a bit of updating, they are still very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I slept well every night. One of the absolute highlights was the Eden Spa, located just across the street from the hotel. It’s beautifully designed, calm, and professional — I had one of the best massages there during my time in Vietnam. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of trekking or exploring Sapa. All in all, Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa offers warm hospitality, a great location, and excellent value — and the friendly staff, especially the receptionist, truly make it a special place. I’d be happy to stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at Eden Boutique Hotel during my visit to Sapa. The hotel combines comfort with charm, offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the heart of the town. The location is excellent just a short walk from the main center "Sapa station". The staff were very kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated with traditional touches. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities were provided as expected. Overall, Eden Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Sapa, and I would definitely return in the future.

Every thing perfect

Staff were very friendly personal, and breakfast which they offered also very good ,more selections ,also we can get free items from their menu . Room was very very clean and more space. Luggage storage was more helpful as we went some other hotel in rural area (Supan echo lodge ,there staff cheated us, giving a call mentioning that there is a drainage problem and go for their some other hotel nearby which was having low facility, while we staying that other hotel we went to Supan echo lodge and ask staff about drainage problem ,that type of thing was not there. They are doing like this things to sell their rooms for high rates. Dont go any body to Supan echo lodge) Eden boutique is very good hotel with nice facility, If we go again definitely we will go there again.

Excellant Place In Sapa

Great location just a few steps from the main area meaning it was quiet at night and easy to get to everything during the day. We walked everywhere around town and it really was so close to everything. I can’t thank the staff especially trang enough for everything she did for us. They were lovely helpful answered every question organised tickets organised tours, offered to help even if we were out, welcomed us back when we returned. The interest in our activities was genuine and they are genuinely lovely people. Included breakfast was delicious and they cooked to order as well.
