The stay is always great, the staff members are kind, and they changed their breakfast and there are quite a few more items to choose from! The room ready for us; and we always enjoy staying at this property as it is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, etc.

We found out on this trip; you now have to pay for parking. We hadn't been to this property for a while, and we immediately noticed the signs as you enter. That's a no go for us because for years we have stayed at this location and its sister property, Hilton Garden, we have never had to pay for parking. Seems they are following California on this one. There are many other properties in Tempe who do not charge, and we will be on the lookout for those.

I like the kitchenette aspect as I as there for a week when I come. The breakfast covers a wide variety of tastes. . The staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows great.

My room was just a frontage road away from the highway, so there was traffic noise even at night . I was there for a week and not once did a maid check with me to see if I needed any supplies. I didn't daily maid service \, but it would have been nice to know how to discard the trash or how to get some clean towels, etc.

Amenities, the Badlands restaurant next door!

Fire alarm went off apx. 1:30 am / elevators still worked, no staff visible for guidance once on lower level. No staff outside to let us know if it’s a real emergency or fire! People went back in and some people stand outside, some used the elevator. It made for along morning and not rested by breakfast time.

Beautiful place. Very nice room, suite, good internet, big TV with Direct TV and HBO. Really comfortable king bed with excellent pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected. Large pool and hot tub, fire pit with automatic start. The place was well taken care of and the staff was great. I will have several stays after this one. We came down from the mountains for a weekend stay for a get away and had a great time, there is good access to the main roads, in other words it's a good location.

The price of their drinks like diet coke is really high. If you want the full breakfast instead of the free one you will pay an above-average price for not a spectacular breakfast. I wouldn't do it again. Our room had too much road noise as the building paralleled a major road with mostly heavy traffic

Tasteful, clean

The bed pillows were flat. I don’t like king pillows. I prefer regular size even on king bed. Very uncomfortable. Bed not very comfortable, just ok. Some freeway nose and loud walkers above us.

When checking in, Sunday afternoon the staff was amazing! one of them had curly hair with glasses. You can tell she loves her job and her guests come first. We enjoyed the location and the quietness of the hotel. It was safe! the gym and pool were very clean and breakfast had a variety of items.

When checking out on Thursday morning Andrea lady at the front desk (I made sure I got her name) was extremely rude and disrespectful. From greeting to questions it was very unprofessional. The questions that we had WE had to figure out everything on our own Which is what made the “staff and rating a good.” It seemed like she hates her job and did not care. Also, in our room when going to bed the sheets were a bit dirty and stained but no big deal it was ok.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool-hot tub area was accessible and nice.

Traffic noise outside window and a white light from the ceiling flashed on and off multiple times in the night waking us up.

Spacious, clean and well equipped studio. Very tasty breakfast, great pool area. Landry and drying machines available for free. For the price we paid it was a great surprise and a very pleasant stay.
