The staff and location were great. They offered your typical hotel breakfast where the staff was attentive to anything anyone needed. The room was clean and spacious. Had a sitting area separate from where your bed was at. 2 TV’s, desk, loveseat, microwave and refrigerator. Ice machine and water refill station were down in the lobby conveniently located near the elevator. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. It was a really quiet area right near the freeway and parking was plentiful. It was maybe a 15-20 minute drive to Chase field and a 30-40 minute drive to State Farm field. We went during a busy weekend so traffic was heavier. Will definitely stay here again.

The checkin staff. I had spoke with Elora who was extremely helpful and knew exactly what was going on. But then at checkin I had to speak to Melissa (??) and she had no idea what I was talking about. She wouldn't let my son checkin and I had to call up there and explain to her that I had already sent the cc authorization form. I had to basically convince her to look it up. This caused additional stress for my son who was stranded in Phoenix due to an unforseen emergency situation. Plus the stress on me to have to convince your employee to check the email for a form I had sent back, completed, almost instantly upon receiving it that morning.

After getting stranded in Phoenix for the night due to American Airlines, the kindness and efficiency of two particular staff members lifted my spirits and made my brief stay a positive and pleasant experience. Vivian set up transportation to the hotel for me and was clear and patient when answering my questions. She was super-helpful and friendly throughout the check-in and check-out process. When I arrived, another hotel guest was being belligerent and aggressive with Vivian at the front desk. I was amazed at the patience she showed as she de-escalated the situation beautifully. Elora assisted me in the morning with how breakfast worked and the shuttle to the airport. She drove me there safely and efficiently. Throughout, Elora was likewise an absolute pleasure - friendly, helpful, and patient. Especially considering she rotten day and evening I had otherwise been having due to some airline shenanigans, the stay I had changed my mood and lifted me up, and this was almost completely due to the incredible kindness and thoroughness of Elora and Vivian at the front desk. Thank you so much. Ooh -- very solid breakfast and fair pricing as well. Thank you again!

I loved the breakfast and loved that they picked us up in a Lyft from the airport . I called the front desk ans the Lyft driver was there in less than 10mins . It was easy and so fast . The staff were so help I even to help find a food option in the hotel when all the restaurants were closed when we arrived

Only thing I didn’t like is they closed breakfast early while I was sitting there . I wanted some more eggs but they stopped serving breakfast 5 minutes before the 930am cut off time so I couldn’t not eat all the breakfast I wanted . We arrived at 9am. Other than that breakfast was great

Extremely spacious room. Proximity to the airport. Comfortable bed. The 24hr staff at the front desk was awesome and they were extremely helpful and polite and friendly.

The only negative was, we saw dirty used pad behind the microwave. I was looking back there because I wasn’t sure if the mini fridge works. I was trying to make sure it was plugged in, then I saw the used pad. 🤢 The pancake machine didn’t work the first day or two we were there but it did get fixed towards the end of our stay. Either it got fixed or it wasn’t plugged in. Not sure. Those are the only two negatives. That didn’t effect our experience. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was clean.. I loved that when we walked in the lobby and all over it smelled clean, it looked clean and felt clean.. we walked into our room, and it was so inviting, clean fresh smelling.. John was great, and also the over night woman, I didn’t get her name but she was wonderful.. I really liked that she took the time to call me, although she didn’t mention much, I knew she was looking out, and that to me speaks wonders… We were there for a week, and it was fantastic!!!!

There was nothing negative about it at all

I was traveling and looking for places that handled the location and were not accommodating to my needs traveling with my service animals but I am very thankful for your help being there on short notice

One of the cleaning staff had opened the door while I was checking out. I was loading up my items. I was not present and my juvenile dog escaped. It caused me to panic looking for her. I don't place any blame but I need to have the world know that disabled people who struggle are vulnerable to criminals and are prey to people with hearing loss I'm thankful that no harm happened 🙏👍💯

Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy, room was very clean. Pet friendly for a super low price, free parking.

When you first walk in to the reception area there is a strongish air freshener smell. I’m super sensitive to that kind of stuff and was worried it would also have that in the rooms but no air freshener in the room. There were also lots of boxes staged in the hallway of our room. No big deal but to some travelers it might be a nuisance. It didn’t bother me, you could tell it was new stuff that was going to go in the rooms and that’s always a good thing!

I don't know the name of the super nice lady at the front desk but I had flight issues with Frontier Airlines and ended up having to stay the night in Phoenix. She was so sweet and friendly and so accommodating. She was quick and efficient and got me into a nice clean room for a good price so I could finally relax after an extremely stressful travel day. She arranged a Lyft back to the airport the next morning at no charge to me. Nice breakfast and just all around a good experience.

I was satisfied with everything

The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had a 6:00 am flight so we had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am. Your staff assisted us in scheduling a Lyft ride at 4:00 am and even gave us a breakfast bag of bagels and cream cheese, which we greatly appreciated. The accomodations were excellent and we especially enjoyed the soft water for showers. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
