All the staff here are extremely nice, they will also provided us with what we need without our request. We actually booked for a non breakfast package but the staff invited us for breakfast without any charges. They responded to all our request promptly. Felt so warm about their services. The location is quite nice too. Most of the attractions can be reached by walking distance. If you need any car service they do provide also. Overall is a super nice stay here!!👍🏻

I love the place. We stayed their for 3 days and 2 nights. It is very clean and comfortable. The staffs were very accommodating, approachable, and friendly. They exceeded our expectations. They have clean rooms and bathrooms. The pictures on this site is the same when you are already there. Since we availed the breakfast option for our room, we enjoyed their simple yet delicious breakfast buffet. We're very pleased for their service. Highly recommended once you go to Sa Pa, Vietnam. We will definitely stay to this hotel when we go back to Vietnam.

There was a mountain view right outside our balcony, it was breathtaking. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was superb, we had to deposit our bags after checking out and they allowed us to take a shower when we came to retrieve our luggage at night before leaving for Hanoi at night. They even offered breakfast because it was off peak season! When we left for Hanoi, they packed drinks and snacks for us, very very thoughtful.

The only thing we did not like was that the bathroom floor was a little dirty, but after requesting for room service to make up the room, it was good after the first night :)

The room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean and so so reasonably priced. Great amenities (robe included). We had a free upgrade to a family room for 3 nights which was just what we both needed. Shower was lovely and hot! Extremely clean! Honestly cannot fault the hotel. Only thing that disturbed us slightly was noise coming from neighbouring rooms who were loud, but that does not take away from the hotel itself. Staff were kind. They gave me complimentary pastries & coffee & fruit when I was leaving for a long journey on my last day. Would stay here again if I was in sapa!

Not noisy despite it next to the road. The best of all is the staff service. Ms Hanna who help us to check help to give us some guide and offer to book our Fansipan tix which make it more convenient for us. Early the morning when we weren’t sure if Fansipan would have clear weather, she quickly showed us the early morning pictures of the beautiful sunrise and clear sky at Fansipan top which helps to reassure us. Additionally, one of my friend was unwell, she was able to help process the refund and check in on her as well. And finally, she bother to text me when she found one of my hubby fun ring and wanted to help return to us. Her service is top notch, not forgetting her warmth smile too!! Thank you !

The water heater is a little difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

If we are ever in Sapa again, we’ll go again to this hotel because of Jimmy! He’s nice and very helpful during our stay. The hotel was comfortable and clean. I recommend aromatic massage as it is soothing and very relaxing.

Whenever we shower the water comes out from the shower room because there were parts where the seal between the glasses are no longer sealed properly. I also feel like the massage room could be cleaner as the room floor is very oily and at times wet. Overall, it was okay.

Great loaction. This hotel was a not directly in the center, so not loud, but center was easy to reach by a 10 min walk. The whole staff was amazingly friendly. They helped us with proposals what to visit, with scooter rental and transfer organisation. Breakfast was very good. We arrived at 10am and we could already check in (room was ready) at no extra cost. At our last day, we could leave our luggage, the use of a shower was offered and we received a "survival pack" (water, banana and a sweet pastry) for our transfer to Lao Cai. Thanks again to the whole staff! We can clearly recommend the "My Gallery Boutique Hotel & Spa".

OMG thank you for the best nights sleep I have had so far in my 2 months of travelling Asia so far. Very clean as it’s new. Location is down a hill so if you struggle to walk, you may want to stay closer to the main town where it’s a bit flatter. Keep the cleanness up while it’s new and easier to do and you will do a lot better with foreigners unlike most of the accommodation in Vietnam.

When I turned up of the early AM train, reception didn’t say hello, first thing she said and quite unfriendly at me ‘we are full you cannot check in’. Literally was not what I was going to ask, I was going to ask if I could store my luggage while I went out on a day tour. I also ordered some ice, the guy said he would bring it up. 1.5hrs later I had to call again as it did not arrive and a tiny glass turned up, so customer service could be improved. Breakfast could be improved along with breakfast times, it finishes too early. Another guest I was talking to said the same.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room is clean and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The hotel facilities look very new and well decorated. The staffs (particularly Lucie) are incredibly helpful with all information we need for the trip and also taxi booking for us. The breakfast provides good options too. Location wise, the hotel is decent. It locates 1km away from centre which is walkable. Else, you could grab an electric car to go to the centre in 5 minutes (costs 10,000 VND pp).
