Location, cleanliness, staff

The breakfast area was very warm and somedays did not have enough staff! There was one toaster which did not work for the most part! The bread rolls were hard as rocks! The quality of Breakfast had declined since a few years ago! 30 Euros per person for breakfast was not justified by the quality of it!

Excellent location, couldnt be better. Breakfast was varied and fresh, helpful and friendly staff.

Coffee/tea/milk in the room not replaced from one day to another. Had to call reception several times to get this done. Only one bath robe provided for a room of two. On the last day, the bathrobe disappeared completely/not replaced. Same with towels. First room that we were given was very dated, smelled like mould and overlooked a noisy side street (we checked in at 10pm). We asked for the room to be changed which the reception accommodated easily. The second room was newly refurbished but there seemed to be a big discrepancy between rooms which was surprising for the same price.

I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The staff truly made my stay exceptional with their friendliness and kindness. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who demonstrated great integrity. I accidentally left my diamond earring on the bed, and they not only found it but also placed it safely next to the bed. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and care. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, the staff were always quick to answer calls and promptly fulfilled any requests I had during my stay.

The staff were efficient but not very friendly. At check out, a service charge of 7% was added to our bill for the staff as tips. Of course we could reject it but most uncommon at a high cost establishment. At the restaurent the staff asked us to leave a tip in cash as otherwise they dont see it . I wonder???

I asked for a higher floor and connected rooms on short notice, and they made it happen, so thank you for that. Location is perfection Beds are soooo comfortable Friendly staff Clean hotel Bathroom good size with water running bidet The room service; I ordered once a club sandwich, and it was good. By the way, I have not tried any facilities in the hotel other than the bedroom.

It is my second visit to this hotel. The location is amazing, it os very clean hotel, staff are helpful and welcoming, room size was fair enough, A small treat and gift in our room with a message for anniversary, it was very nice gesture. Dumo is very short walking distance, a lot of restaurants and cafes around, close to the hip hop bus.

Room was not in the main building directly where I expected it, but this was ok. No mirror in the room but in the cabinet, everything in the room was prepared for one person, no spa but they offer from third party. The parking was very expensive 65 Euros for one night.

The location of the Rosa Grand is incredible - just a quick 3 mins walk to the Duomo. The rooms and service were exceptional. My husband and I felt really looked after from the moment we stepped through into the foyer. The rooms were incredibly clean and large - beyond our expectations. There's even a pillow menu and chocolates, complimentary water delivered to your room every night.

We didn't get to sample their restaurant as there are so many good restaurants nearby, but we did use their room service, which was ok. But I guess most dinner room service is just that -- the meal was fresh but wasn't tasty... the breakfast was good though.
