The staff were super friendly, the room was great, the food was delish —both the complimentary breakfast and the menu items I ordered. The pool wasn’t super inviting, seemed like an afterthought. That was the only bummer. The room was very well laid out and had everything I needed except for a microwave—which was not an issue. I chose this hotel because of the EV charging m. I originally was only staying one night but ended up liking it so well I stayed 3. I would stay here again if I come to Chapel Hill again. Thank you.

The pool area was not nice.

The property is beautiful, our room was spacious, clean, quiet and very attractive. Plenty of convenient parking, easy access and egress to/from property.

Breakfast was a total disappointment, would rank lowest of any hotel I’ve stayed at for past three years. All of the food was cold. Frozen waffles were stale. Oatmeal was runny, more like soup. Totally out of place in such an otherwise very nice property.

The breakfast had a variety of options which were very nice to have. I especially liked the hot oatmeal with assorted ingredients to add, the yogurt and fresh fruit, and variety of things day-to-day to go with the eggs. The microwave was available to warm up the platter if necessary. The pillows were great. The workout room was exceptional with its size and the equipment available.

No microwave in the room. Everything was taken away for breakfast at the stroke of 9. No grace period of 5 or 10 minutes. Staff had trouble keeping up with the demand for coffee. Dispensers were frequently low. There as well coffee could be made available longer than the designated breakfast time. Guests were surprised the Labor Day hours were the usual weekday hours and not an extension of the weekend hours for the holiday.

Didn't have breakfast at this location, but the location for awesome! We were able to explore Chapel Hill before our Trip and it was very exciting and Beautiful. We made it to the airport on time and it was so convenient!

The only thing that we didn't like was miscommunication. We checked in around 11 PM and told the front desk clerk that our flight was at 7 and we could leave around 4, but she didn't put in the computer the morning clerk had to set it up for us. This location was OK which was refreshingly surprising. We will return if we ever fly out of Raleigh again.

Room was spacious.

Couldn’t shut off the light in room 330 to sleep unless the main switch was shut off. If main switch was shut off, then you couldn’t put on the bathroom light. It was strange the light switch in that room. That’s why they have this panel by the bed with leaf pattern on it, to help remove the light from shining in your eyes. But I didn’t enjoy having that light on in the room. Mattress could be firmer too.

The rooms were good and spacious and we slept well. The breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The bed was not made up on check in and we had to get the sheets and do so ourselves. We also had to get fresh towels from reception whenever needed. Also the rooms are not cleaned daily, around every 4 days.

The property was perfect for my sister and I! We had a little trouble finding the hotel, but we called and spoke with Amanda and she guided us the right way. She and Darryl made the experience amazing for us! They were both super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and they had a large seating area if you wanted to stay downstairs.

Booking.com may need to update the property's address. When I put it in my GPS, we got a little turned around, but the staff know exactly how to get you there if you need to call them!

The room was nice, but I find the translucent bathroom doors to be a design flaw. if someone gets up in the middle of the night and turns the bathroom light on the light shines through the door, reflects in the full length mirror and into the person in the bed

Very nice rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. Beds are comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gym was surprisingly nice - really has enough equipment to do my regular workout at a normal gym.

The pool is small and they don’t have a hot tub. I always like to have a hot tub.

Very nice and clean. The rooms are a great size and the shower is amazing. The common area where breakfast was served was very clean and breakfast provided lots of choices. We enjoyed the seating area with individual tvs in the lobby area during breakfast each day.

Parking lot is small, but we were there during a very busy weekend.
