The breakfast was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for better food anywhere. David, the manager, made every effort to be certain everything was perfect and it definitely was. The Tiki Bar between the pools is also a big plus.

There are 3 elevators in the building, however, 2 of them were OUT OF ORDER, and only one of those two had a sign on it indicating that. For someone with disabilities, especially walking, this was very difficult because I either had to walk way down the building corridor to get to the only working elevator and then walk all the way back to the place I wanted to be on the first floor whether it was parking lot or cafe or pool access, and the reverse when heading back to my room. Or I had to walk up and down stairs, that for me, are difficult and painful to maneuver. Although we told staff on our first day there that two elevators were out of order, there was nothing done about it while we were there.

I loved everything about the condo. It was super clean and comfortable and had a great ocean view. Everyone was nice and accommodating. They provided pool towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Beds were really comfortable too!

The pool was not heated and we were there in March so the water was ice cold. It was fine laying out in the sun on the ample beach chaise lounges. They provided pool towels which was great. Another thing my teens didn’t like was the gameroom was not up to par. The pool tables were missing balls and none of the games worked. So don’t count on a game room for your kids. Also, the indoor pool was closed but we knew this as it stated online.

The location and view were unbeatable! Pool facilities were really beautiful and well kept! Rooms and bathrooms were brilliant - very spacious, well laid out, plenty of storage and bathrooms were well equipped.

Umbrellas around the pools would have been nice, there was a good bit of renovation work, but the staff were polite and friendly. The front desk could have been a bit nicer, but overall did their job. Would be nice to have some coffee for at least the first day, the coffee bags provided were not great, but there was a restaurant downstairs. Also the apartment was a bit unclean, some tufts of hair around but overall not too bad.

Came into town for a NDA competition/girls trip, with short notice I was able to book a beautiful beach/pool front/ 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms/ kitchen and front patio. It was an excellent experience and location!! We all had a wonderful time and would definitely return!! Close to grocery store/shopping and food locations. Pool/ hot tub and beach were all great options/ clean and relaxing!!! Only hiccup was housekeeping forgot to replace towels when requested and we thought was quickly resolved we got bath mats and hand towels, which we did not realize until was out of the shower 🤦🏼‍♀️ so double check!! At that point we were to tired after our 4 hour kayak tour to care.

The rooms are fresh and bright with a large floor to ceiling window that faces the ocean. The outdoor area is beautiful. The pool (pools) and hot tub patio and tiki bar area is beautiful and has plenty of lounge chairs and tables to sit at. There is also a heated indoor pool and an indoor hot tub. Katelynn and Lisa were great bartenders, and will bring you food from the property cafe.

It would be nice to have a few umbrellas near the lounge chairs. Four pillows on the queen bed instead of three would have been better. Other than that everything was great.

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved that it had the feel of a 1 bedroom apt instead of a hotel room. It had a full kitchen that was properly stocked. I also appreciated that the pool had a security guard who made sure you were a guest at the hotel to use the pool. They also supplied pool towels that were large enough to lay on the lounge chair. We had been advised beforehand that there was construction taking place at the property but it did not interfere with our stay.

When we 1st arrived we were checked in and then asked to see a man at a desk who tried to hard sell us to visit their timeshare pitch. We had driven 7 hours and the weather had been stressful on the drive-in. All we wanted to do was get to our room to unwind. It was not until I got forceful that the salesman stopped his pitch to allow us to go to our room.

The availability of two pools to swim, lots of pool lounge chairs, and a hot tub. It is close to a grocery store and good restaurants (walking distance). The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. They provided pool towels in room for swimming. The kitchen room was prepared for four people with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, even some cooking supplies. Which was great. It helped reduce your cost of eating out so much. Breakfast was not included but they do have a hotel restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. We hope to stay here again next time we visit.

The only downfall was the pool/beach access was shut off after desk. If you wanted to walk the beach at night, you have to walk further down past the hotel to get access to the beach. I'm sure they do this for safety reasons. However, It was a bit inconvenient to walk the beach at night.

This was my second time booking a room here. The property is beautiful, the room was stunning and the view was incredible. I booked it for my child’s birthday and the lobby staff were pleasant and friendly. We had such a good time. The room was clean, the pool and patio area were clean and renovated. The private access to the beach was really nice too. It was also quiet at nice so no complaints trying to get rest as far as noise or anything which I can be sensitive too. I really nice to relax. Nothing but good things to say about the grand seas resort.

The luggage carts weren’t the easiest to maneuver and the elevator was a bit small so it was challenging to get the luggage up and down but definitley not impacting how I feel about the resort at all. Would be nice if the indoor pool were open as well but I believe it was being renovated so no complaints.

The room and view were great!

The lack of indoor amenities and no activities appeared to be offered; realizing their entire outside amenities were destroyed by the hurricane.
