At first check in, I noticed immediately that it smelled lovely. Like more than clean, it smelled nice. But that could have been the gal at the desk, because she was an absolute gem! We checked in on 3/28 at about 8- 9 pm. The 2 ladies at the breakfast station in the morning seemed a little more interested in a cigarette together at peak 8 am time so the milk, syrup, and other things were empty and people had to wait. Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable. We will remember this one for next year. Give your night gal a raise, she is FABULOUS! I would come back just for her!!

Staff was amazingly sweet and kind!!!! The front desk was always welcoming! Very friendly! Anytime we needed anything Mrs. Caroline was always a helpful lady and had what we needed! She was very kind and we really enjoyed talking to her! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and friendly! Most of all, thank you for smiling!

Someone on the 2nd floor was smoking marijuana so as soon as we got off the elevator, we were hit with the smell. It was very strong and burned our eyes. We had no shower curtain in the room but Mrs. Caroline from front desk took care of us! The rooms were also pretty small. There's not really enough room to move around.

Never stayed in one before. I like the concept- the Micro part. Rooms are certainly small but everything you need is there. Pretty big tv, a little frig and microwave and coffee. Uncomplicated. Seems fresh and new. Carpet in the hall is lively and fun.

The breakfast could have a few more options. I’m not looking for scrambled eggs and bacon, but a little bit more variety in the packaged rolls would be good. And real butter instead of buttery flavored spread.

Wow is all I can say. I actually was staying at the place because of an appointment with CMAC the following day. The staff was amazing and caring. The room was very clean and well kept. The only lil thing was some crumbs and dust under the microwave and top of the t.v. was some dust. But hey besides that amazing. I have ocd for cleaning so I was searching to see things. Lol. But Kristen was very help with registration and explaining some things as far as them processing credit cards at 4am for that next days reservation, which I have never had that done before. But she explained and told me what to except on my credit card, etc. I am a smoker and went outside to smoke, the exits was well lit, and I felt safe going outside by myself. I honestly do not have anything bad to say about my stay.

Them running my credit card without me even have checked in for the full amount of the upcoming stay. Through booking.com I was told that my credit card will not be charged (it was for the reservation only) upon arrival and upon arrival only. Plus, if I used cash then I had to put a refundable deposit of 100.00 upon arrival. I was not informed of this at all. The site should state this at least I would be informed prior to being upset with the hotel personnel.

Friendly staff who accommodated my room needs (a quiet placement) without any problems. Room was clean and comfortable and they've added mini-fridges since the last time I stayed there. Breakfast exceeded my expectations (they had waffles!).

Bed was a bit high for me (I'm very short) and the room lights were VERY bright. But these are minor quibbles that didn't impact my stay in the slightest. :)

It smells really nice when you walk in. Super friendly staff. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds. Very clean facility. I have stayed here several times when traveling, and I'll always choose here when I'm in the area.

Wish there was more of a selection for breakfast. Like hot food, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy. Things like that.

The property was great, as well as the customer service provided by the staff. The location was in the center of everything you would need and right off the highway. The bed was quite comfy!

The shower wasn’t installed properly, because water was leaking from the back and sides of the shower head. The water wasn’t going down the drain the way it should so I was standing in water almost up to my ankles while taking a shower.

Happy to see a fridge in the room. Room was reasonable size for 1 or 2 people. It was clean and co.fortable all around.

Breakfast options were greatly reduced by 8am. The hard boiled eggs were good which were the only appetizing choice at 8am. And the staff person was not at all welcoming or friendly in any way.

The free breakfast was pleasant, featuring a waffle maker and yogurts. Despite our check-in occurring late at night, the staff member that assisted us was friendly and helpful!

I wish the breakfast would have had something on hand with a bit of protein. The best we could find was the single-serve peanut butter provided for toast/bagels.

Location was easy access off the highway and although there is a Hardee’s right there, other choice were only a couple miles down the road and were easy to get to. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Would have like more choices for breakfast besides waffles and cold cereal. Some scrambled eggs & some bagels would have been great.
