Great location, a couple of miles from my office.

I checked in on Tuesday the 10th and the room were a little dark, and I didn't notice till the next morning, that bed sheets were blood stained, and not clean...I address the issue and even show the pictures on my phone to the lady at front desk and the only thing she did was telling the cleaning lady to be careful with that. She also mentions to me that if I was sure if it wasn't my blood...... not a very good experience, she never apologizes, and she just handed me a copy of my bill. I don't know if I will give you another opportunity for me to stay there, even its less than a mile from my office work.

I liked the other guests and the food was good. I was a little worried about the location but it ended up just fine. It would be a good location for families especially when the pool is up and going. There were sports teams there which I always love to see.

I was a little surprised at the price / location . But we had a great room and maybe it was due to hotels being pretty full plus it was Valentine’s Day. All in all it was a great stay. We did not eat breakfast but what I saw looked good , biscuit and gravy, cheesy eggs , sausage. Cinnamon rolls … we were on a special diet bummer :) the coffee was good. thank you.

This hotel was awesome. Our room was huge. We had a lot of room to spread our our stuff. Everything was clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was good with lots of selection. It was close to major highways so we could get to everywhere we wanted to be in Albuquerque really fast. The staff was super friendly and helpful upon arrival. We came for the Balloon Fiesta and nearby national parks and sites, and it was the perfect place to base ourselves for day trips and to crash at night.

Not much. This place was really good. Seeing that we stayed 4 nights with no incident, I would stay here again if needed.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The areas of the hotel and coming into the hotel were clean. Morning breakfast was excellent. The location where the hotel is at is perfect close to a Walmart and close to the interstate highway. Applebee's next door!

As walking into the hotel employees did not greet us. We stay 3 nights bed sheet were never changed. I'm thinking it was due to Covid 19 rules they were not changed. Place was too busy not enough parking space.

Enjoyed the breakfast and lobby coffee available anytime. The staff are great.

We were traveling with bikes and about 5 am someone tried to steal our bikes, slashed a tire and cut tie downs but discovered we had it locked and tied down well and gave up. The hotel does have cameras and security who are monitoring all the time, as we saw them and they were able to see when it happened and may have gotten faces since license plates were covered. Very professional staff.

It was clean. We really liked the liquid soap. There are lots of towels for each person. The coffee machine made excellent coffee. The staff was always around to clean. We like that they had 2 kinds of breakfast meats (turkey sauage). The pancake machine was working great. The beds were comfortable.

The eggs were dry and brown. There wasn't much light by the space with the coffee and fridge. The fridge didn't have a freezer. Our water didn't get very cold.

It was basic service.

Requested king size bed but received room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. The queen beds seemed to be smaller than conventional queen beds. I don't understand why this is advertised and then Holiday Inn in Albuquerque emails you stating they don't know if they can accommodate that and then they don't accommodate the request. Why are they advertising on Booking.com when they can't or don't fulfill the request?

Loved the pool, wish it had shade, but that's the only complaint. Beds were super comfy and clean. Loved the breakfast and eating area. We were able to use the laundry service with no issues. Security was seen through out the night doin their job.

Had to call for security because their was a person clearly on drugs in the parking lot. Other than that, which is not even the hotels fault, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was one of the best 'included' breakfasts I have had at a hotel. And the room was fantastic.

Price, but that would have been true no matter what I think given the general room rate, but I specifically paid more for a 'better' room and I generally like holiday inn express versus any of the quality inns or days inn. Also the staff was good as well.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and location was good for getting off and on the freeway. Breakfast was really good! And it’s right next door to an Applebee’s which was great for dinner.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. When I mentioned it to the clerk when we checked out, she said none of them worked in any of the rooms!! Gross!
