There was enough parking space for our car. The hotel had a pool and a gym (which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available). The room was big and the lighting in the bathroom was beautiful! I REALLY liked it that the room had no carpets, because I think that's gross. So I was happy with our stay and the hotel was conveniently located!

The benches in the room were a bit dirty. They had some weird white stains on them. The bathroom shower also was a bit stained. The floor of the room seemed a little sticky. Breakfast was very basic, not really good. Especially the scrambled eggs were pretty bad, but the yoghurts were okay. The second morning there wasn't any cereal left, so we just only ate a yoghurt which is not a great breakfast.

Hotel was wonderful. Extremely comfortable and clean. With the exception of one staff member, everyone was super friendly and kind. Extremely accommodating. I loved this stay!! Would stay here again.

One staff member was super rude. My friend and I saw each other and said "oh hey!" at the same time time coming in/out the elevator and an extremely rude staff member really loudly and rudely with an attitude "SHHHHH"ed us. We were shocked because for 1, we weren't loud at all. And 2, there's a way to talk to people and that was not it. I am an adult and expect to be talked to like an Adult. She could have easily said "excuse me I apologize but it's quiet hours, please keep it down". We would've been like sorry, and whispered if we had to. I am not her child. She was extremely rude. It's was probably just past 10pm. It was a dark skin short hair lady.

Whenever I come to Lancaster for a quick weekend, stay by myself I usually stay at Event because of the cost. Because there’s no carpet in the room, it gives the illusion that the room is cleaner in my opinion. Bathroom is always clean, bed is comfortable in the location is perfect.

This may have been a one time thing, but I felt as though someone was trying to enter my room at 9 AM. Typically housekeeping will come in if it’s close to check out, but this was before. I was awoken from my sleep, and this person did have a key card. But the security measure on the door borrowed them from entry. I was very tired for my night so did not get up to investigate nor reported

Coffee on demand in lobby. Breakfast was very good just a little crowded .not much place to sit.staff very nice .great room ,king size bed was great. A/c temp was great.bathroom was clean

Shower leaked from glass water all over floor had to use towels supplied to soak up water , major stain on side of mattress, could have been blood or coffee not sure , brought it to the attention of front desk they where willing to switch rooms for us but was late in day. I hope they made a note of it.l took pictures of mattress.

I stayed at this hotel with my three young kids and we had a great experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout our stay. The pool was a hit with the kids and added a lot of fun to our trip.

Our room faced a busy road, so there was a bit of noise from outside, but it wasn't too disruptive. One thing to note for families with young children: the hand soap, body wash, and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom are installed quite high, which made them hard for my kids to reach.

Breakfast was a great plus but that endless coffee open 24 hours was so good. Sometimes you just need an evening coffee and if I wanted it, I could get it to ground fresh Also, the lobby is so inviting. I love the checkerboard. We played cards there every night at the table very relaxing and clean.

No complaints the only thing that is a little disappointing is the bugs that come in this time of year we hit them last year at this place too. Luckily our room on the fourth floor had none but our friends on the third floor had lots but they are sweet and they didn’t complain. We were told the bugs are harmless and that sometimes they come up through the vent so of course we didn’t run our air conditioner or heat

The breakfast had a pretty wide variety. The location was awesome, less than a half hour to anyplace we had planned to go. We really enjoyed the pool. The staff was amazing, very attentive and went above and beyond expectations. For example, the pool hours were posted as 9:00am to 10:00pm. There was a group gathered at pool well after 10:00pm, yet the staff was very accommodating, not only letting them stay longer, but even allowed others in after the timed system no longer allowed room key access. Over all, it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a room with one king size bed. The room was a bit smaller than we expected and are accustomed to. We acclimated to the size of the room, however we were disappointed that there was no microwave oven in the room, nor was one available to be brought in. The bathroom and shower size was fine, however the shower had only a fixed position showerhead with no adjustable settings. A handheld showerhead would be much preferred. There were a wide variety of breakfast options, yet some days "veggie omelets" were the only egg option. All of the omelets were laced with peppers. Heads up, not everyone likes peppers. Plain or cheese omelets would have been a welcome option as well.

The location was great ,it was close to the outlets ,Dutch wonderland ,all kind of eateries. The hotel was very clean ,the pool was very nice.The beds were comfortable, the room itself was nice.There was also a small refrigerator in the room.The complementary breakfast was good,and the free coffee,tea,hot chocolate was a nice bonus(24/7)

The rooms do not have dressers,so there isn't any place to put your clothing. The bathroom doesn't have enough hooks/towel racks for towels.There are no microwaves in the rooms

This place had a modern/ new vibe; it had an Ikea decor vibe. The standard double was very comfortable and had a small refrigerator. It was unusual that there was no dresser for putting your clothes - which we didn't mind as we tend not to put our clean clothes in the drawers anyway. The bathroom was large and had an exhaust fan that wasn't super loud. The walk-in shower had a foot ledge, should you need to shave your legs or just to better able to wash your feet. The room and the overall facility was immaculate. Love that there was no carpeting in the room. The pool is small - but hey they have a pool and a really good gym. The breakfast was a self-serve full breakfast. There was 24/7 complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate station. They have a market with beverages, snacks, ice cream and some microwaveable meals in the lobby area. Overall good vibe. Would definitely recommend and would be a return guest.
