Lovely rooms in a good and relatively quiet location compared how close the apartments are to Novy swiat. Good breakfast with a freshly cooked warm dish. One of the quietest and best AC which was a big plus in +30 degree weather.

No elevator, so you had to take everything couple floors through stairs. Breakfast in a different building, receptionist is there on need basis. These were minor thing which we knew, but it might be relevant for others.

Everything is wonderful! Very well planned tiny apartment. Super comfortable bed and thanks to AC you can cool down the temperature inside when its +30 outside. Inside you find everything you need for short stay. Top location!

Nicely appointed appartment, good size. We appreciated the Nespresso machine and the daily capsule refill. The location is excellent, exactly the right distance from the main street to avoid most of the noise. The staff responded very quickly to messaging, and the info provided on how to access the property, etc. is very comprehensive. We were also kindly allowed to stay in the appartment for an hour longer, which was helpful with our departure schedule.

We took the option with breakfast. Found out that this is served in a cafe around the corner (i.e. you get vouchers for 50 PLN p/p spend). Nothing against the cafe or the breakfast, that was all good, but for me it makes more sense to pay myself and have more flexibility.

Without a doubt, the best thing was the location which was within easy walking distance from the centre of the old town. also having driven, it was important to us that we had somewhere safe and secure to park our vehicle. The apartment was fine and the breakfast was good.

Having parked up, we saw the sign for sleep well apartments, so walked over and tried the code we had been given, it didn't work. We tried phoning and messaging, but got no reply. it was only by chance that on exploring further, we found another door to a different building around the front, also marked as sleep well and the code worked here. We were not told there were 2 buildings, nor given instructions. On finally entering the correct building, we were greeted by a rude, sarcastic man that stormed ahead up the flights of stairs to the third floor, treated us like we were idiots and unable to use a simple code. not at all impressed by his attitude. if we had been given clear instructions to the correct building, none of this would have happened.

Great location - clean and very functional - easy access to many restaurants and walking distance to old town. Breakfast is in a different building and is really well done here a key benefit for the apartment - the woman cooking was so kind…

The steps - there are 75 steps on different levels that you need to take to reach the apartment, a real climb!!! It’s self managed so you never meet anyone - whoever we were chatting with was very curt to the point of almost being rude. There are no internet channels on the television (so no Netflix or CNN at night) There were only two hangers in the closet - we could have used a few more to put our coats/jackets on and then things to air out.

Location was fantastic, and the room itself was great once we were in.

As noted in several of the other reviews, the check-in process is a bit confusing. There are multiple SleepWell properties nearby, so this one has nobody present at most times, which means nobody is around to even open the front door to the building most of the time. I had to call somebody to meet us, which can be a challenge depending on your mobile service situation when traveling abroad. Two of the properties are next to each other, and someone working at a nearby building tried to be helpful by directing us to what she thought was the correct building, which it turned out not to be. Cleaning was hit/miss, depending on the day. The soap dispenser was only filled because they came one morning before we had left, so we were able to explicitly request it.

The price is reasonable. The room is well-designed, clean, and comfortable. The electronic systems need clearer instructions and guidance. I wouldn’t know that the WiFi password is under the “your place” section. The door code sometimes doesn’t work on the first attempt, and you may need to enter it again. If you arrive by car, there are no instructions regarding the parking process. The person I asked about these issues was aggressive. Integrate a chatbot or improve the user interface for instructions. A first-time guest wouldn’t know all these things.
