Really lovely staff. Spotlessly clean. Food quite good. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient for airport. Really lovely orange or lemon water available all day.

Our only slight criticism would be that tea and coffee could be available to help yourself from the machines rather than having to go to the pool bar each time. We weren't really fond of the ambient music.

Very good location, the kitchen/dining hall/bar staff is outstanding, great food, breathtaking view from SkyBar. Good value for that price.

One of the recepcionist guys is rude. The SkyBar is not included in the all-inclusive package. The pricelist is confusing - nothing is written, the one you can get at the main bar from a QR code belongs to the SkyBar, but they work with different pricing.

location is close to the beach, clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. internet is really fast even in the rooms. towels are changed every day

we went will all inclusive and the restaurant is quite small, sometimes you can not find a table. the food is good but the options are very limited.The rooms are not soundproof, we could hear everyone

Hotel has perfect location near the beach. Nice rooms with balcony, also shower was big and all the hotel is very clean. Stuff is nice and helpful. They cook good meals.

We booked all inclusive but the alcoholic drink were limited to 3 drinks per person on lunch and dinner. And also there was always queue for the drinks as well as for the food. Pool has all the beds in the shadow all the time and only chairs were on the sunshine side. Except of this very nice experience.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Very Good food. Comfortable rooms. Small but pleasant ground floor outdoor pool. Bar with small pool on roof with beautiful views.

Very little could be improved . Rail on shallow steps into pool for ease safety and access. 3 drinks could be allowed half an hour before first lunch and dinner times.

Liked the sea view and sunset from room on the 10th floor. All-inclusive service is better than I expected. Staff is friendly and helpful, special praise for restaurant employees. I give 9 for location, personal and all-inclusive.

Arrived at 3p.m check in is from 2p.m. waited until 4 to room be cleaned, which wasn't cleaned properly, lot of hair on the floor, sticky sockets and doors. Wardrobe is in the terrible condition (foto)

The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel has two pools. Nice view from the rooftop bar. Tasty food. Our room had a balcony. :)

I liked the mattress and pillows, I booked all inclusive, a d the food was good, like it have a big balcony, They have baggage room. Recepcionist , Bar tender very nice . Great value for the price Walking distance to the beach a d public transportation

The hair dryer stopped working after 2 minutes, the recepcionist said it stop once hot. Bring your own dryer if you can. The sheer door were not sealed, therefore water splashed to the floor, besides water was coming out of the base of the bathroom using, basically we had to throw all the towels to the floor, never fixed No free safe box

The hotel makes clear it is only for adults, that is good since poor children to stay there. I would say the staff was very exceptional everyone was super kind and helpful, that is incredible taking into consideration some of the guests (only exception was a man in dinning room, who was making super noise when collecting plates, ignoring that people eat there)The all inclusive is very good if you stay for 1-3 nights, but not recommended for longer feeding. It is also incredible how the staff tries to keep it clean with these people. In general, very good value for the price (compare to other hotels around). And good connection to the airport.

Doors are thin and you hear everything, take ear plugs. The hotel is a favourite place to stay for younger (mostly German) people and football fans who love parties, loud music over night and shouting without reasons. There are only two elevators permanently occupied, so staying on too high floor is not very convenient. The Arsenal is not the best place to stay at Mallorca. We would not recommend anyone to stay here for vacation. It is OK for 1-3 days before your return back home. Staff does great job, considering the noisy, messy clients.

Property did its job. Clean, close to beach, nice staff!

More sunbeds by the pool would’ve been great as it was hard to get one so we spent most of our days by the beach.
