dirty cutting board on top of closet shelf been there awhile we threw in the garbage , not soundproof as illustrated in their website could hear people talking late at night next door through the walls and upstairs people scuffing chairs over the floors early am hours

The ease of access to Charlottetown and the beaches away from town is good. The room is basic but clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave. They were repaving the parking lot and adding another section, so it's clear that maintenance is a high priority. Behind my section is a playground for families. It's been around for 30 years, and clearly, the owners are focused on many more. It's a reasonable rate for anyone on a budget who wants to get away for a break.

I like the location of this Inn. It is far enough away from the busy traffic of Charlottetown which I extremely dislike. One end of Charlottetown is all box stores and intersections. They can be accessed if needed conveniently from this location. It is close to the airport but without any noise from the airport. The tv channel selections at this hotel are much better than any of the many cottages that I have stayed at over many years being a tourist here.

The toilet seat was discoloured with yellow stains around the edges. The room was well cleaned - however that seat should be replaced.

The whole suite was large and up to date. The service was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. The garden with the fish pond and stone walkways felt peaceful to walk around. Also, the other guests were great people to speak with. A quiet location not far from Charlottetown that also has a country feel. Well priced and their new additions look amazing.

The room I stayed in didn't have a smart TV, but the cable and wifi were good.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff very very friendly and helpful. Very convenient having the kitchenette facilities. Beds were comfortable. We heard a little noise at night, but not for very long. The location is great - 15 minutes to downtown Charlottetown, and 15 minutes to Brackley Beach. Great value for your money! We would definitely stay here again.

The 'suite' included a kitchen/living/dining room, separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower & toilet. The vanity was in a separate nook just outside the bathroom & bedroom.

There was an air conditioner in the bedroom (great!), but a ceiling fan would have been appreciated in the living/dining/kitchen area. We didn't find any USB ports for phone charging? (BUT, we didn't ask)

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the small kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the ground floor accommodation and there is a large garden area behind the building which is perfect for dogs and children to play. The Motel is pet friendly and were happy to accommodate us and our large dog. The Motel is located a little way outside town, close to the airport. The area is nice and quiet, but keep in mind it's about a 5-10 minute drive to reach grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. My deposit was refunded within 2 hours of checkout.

I loved the fact that it had a separate bedroom and small kitchette. There was construction going on while we were there, so it was a bit dusty. However, I was surprised how quiet and respectful everyone was. I would definately book there again if we travel to PEI.

The construction...but that can't be helped. I think it will be wonderful once all the work is completed.

Stayed in a one bedroom with kitchen for one night. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything anyone would need to self-cater meals....full stove, fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, dishes, towels, eating table and chairs. The bathroom sink area was well lit, big mirror, and hair dryer etc. There was complementary toiletries (like the fancy hotels) which was a nice touch. Grounds were well kept and spacious. It is evident that the owners work hard to keep the place well maintained. Having stayed in a lot of hotels for comparison, I liked this place and would stay again. It was good value for the price.

A hotel of this size is always a maintenance work in progress so this is not a criticism but rather an observation with the assumption that they just didn't get to it yet. The bathroom ceiling had stains that took away from the best impression, and could use new paint. The number to the unit I stayed in was missing...no big deal...but I was confused at first where to go. Finally, the upstairs railing outside the unit is metal and showing a lot of rust and peeling paint ..also could use new paint. The reason these things stand out is because the rest of the overall impression is so good.

The unit was very clean. Is in a great location.

Our stay was Oct 2 to 5. The room was stifling hot and there's no air conditioning. I assume the units may have been taken out earlier but it was difficult to sleep as it was so hot. Also I found the bed very hard. Is probably a preference thing ad I like a softer bed.
