I like the location of this Inn. It is far enough away from the busy traffic of Charlottetown which I extremely dislike. One end of Charlottetown is all box stores and intersections. They can be accessed if needed conveniently from this location. It is close to the airport but without any noise from the airport. The tv channel selections at this hotel are much better than any of the many cottages that I have stayed at over many years being a tourist here.

The toilet seat was discoloured with yellow stains around the edges. The room was well cleaned - however that seat should be replaced.

The ease of access to Charlottetown and the beaches away from town is good. The room is basic but clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave. They were repaving the parking lot and adding another section, so it's clear that maintenance is a high priority. Behind my section is a playground for families. It's been around for 30 years, and clearly, the owners are focused on many more. It's a reasonable rate for anyone on a budget who wants to get away for a break.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the small kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the ground floor accommodation and there is a large garden area behind the building which is perfect for dogs and children to play. The Motel is pet friendly and were happy to accommodate us and our large dog. The Motel is located a little way outside town, close to the airport. The area is nice and quiet, but keep in mind it's about a 5-10 minute drive to reach grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. My deposit was refunded within 2 hours of checkout.

Stayed in a one bedroom with kitchen for one night. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything anyone would need to self-cater meals....full stove, fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, dishes, towels, eating table and chairs. The bathroom sink area was well lit, big mirror, and hair dryer etc. There was complementary toiletries (like the fancy hotels) which was a nice touch. Grounds were well kept and spacious. It is evident that the owners work hard to keep the place well maintained. Having stayed in a lot of hotels for comparison, I liked this place and would stay again. It was good value for the price.

A hotel of this size is always a maintenance work in progress so this is not a criticism but rather an observation with the assumption that they just didn't get to it yet. The bathroom ceiling had stains that took away from the best impression, and could use new paint. The number to the unit I stayed in was missing...no big deal...but I was confused at first where to go. Finally, the upstairs railing outside the unit is metal and showing a lot of rust and peeling paint ..also could use new paint. The reason these things stand out is because the rest of the overall impression is so good.

I loved the fact that it had a separate bedroom and small kitchette. There was construction going on while we were there, so it was a bit dusty. However, I was surprised how quiet and respectful everyone was. I would definately book there again if we travel to PEI.

The construction...but that can't be helped. I think it will be wonderful once all the work is completed.

Very clean and quiet apartment. The beds were comfortable and wifi worked very well. The gardens surrounding the motel are lovely and exceptionally well maintained. The lady that checked us in at the front desk was very nice and offered suggestions for places to dine nearby. Reasonable rates so would definitely stay there again. A vehicle is needed to stay at this hotel but it's a quick 15 minute drive into downtown Charlottetown. The motel is also a quick drive away from Brackley Beach.

Very well equipped. The kitchen in the room has everything you need for cooking / meal preparation, which is good when you are travelling and not wanting to eat at Resturants 3 meals a day. Everything was modern and comfortable. Very nice manager working at check in. Had lots of information and tips for me about sights and activities in the area. Top stay

There were full set of kitchenware and dinnerware. The room was very clean. We just had one night in a motel of the similar price in CA, US. That one's cleanese was terrible. Fair Isle was much much better.

The AC was noisy. We couldn't use it during the night. I advise to separate the balcony which connects Room 28 and 29.

loved the kitchenette and all the amenities that were provided, parking was easy and service by staff was quick and friendly :) beds were decently comfy and this place is pretty close to Charlottetown

the only little thing was that my partner and I slept on the bed in the front room, and the light from the outside was very bright, we had to place a towel on the door which helped!
