We visit the city regularly and sadly our usual hotel was fully booked this time, we booked the apartment and it absolutely exceeded our expectations, we love staying in the Jewish quarter and the apartment is a 15 minutes walk from the centre so perfect location for anyone who hasn't been before and wants to stay a little out the way of the main square. The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed! A fully functional and equipped kitchen bar (sadly we did not use) and even an iron for us. The host was incredibly kind and went out his way to help us when we had questions or requests and we will definitely be booking again next time we come through.

A few reviews mentioned the sound of trains and yes, it can be heard. Didn't bother us but if you are sensitive to rumbles perhaps be aware of this.

The room is stilysh and practical. Very luminous. Well equipped kitchen. Bed was also good. The location is also very good. Card system for doors is easy too. Oh and really nice air conditioning, not noisy.

You can feel the tram passing. Windows are very good noise isolating but you could still feel it. It depends how picky you are. Was mostly Ok for me in any case. Also it's on third floor and no lift. Again not a big deal for me but worth mentioning.

The property was nice, and looked the same like in the photos. The room wasn’t so bright, but we choose to have the room with a balcony, and that was to the inner courtyard. There was coffe, tea, and sugar, what was nice. Salt and pepper would be a great addition ☺️. The walking distance to the city center was short, and great places to eat around.

Over all everything was great, the soap was not filled up, but not a big problem. Do to inner courtyard we didn’t heard the tram like other people in the comments. ☺️

Could not fault our stay, the host was brilliant. After quick phone to see if the air conditioning was working, he informed us that he had turned it on ready for us. Having had to leave another property near by due to it being missold, this one was just prefect. Internet was spot on allowed us to watch Netflix on the TV. Beds were very comfortable. Wife loved the colour theme of the room.

Really nice décor and nicely finished apartment. Warm and cosy (it was -5°c outside), comfortable bed and great shower with plenty of hot water. Smart TV is also great to have if you want to chill out in the room. There's a fridge, hob, and sink for prepping meals if you wanted. There's a great coffee shop just next door also. It's a 15 min walk to the old town centre or the tram stops outside as well.

No lift in the building might be a problem for some, but overall the apartment was perfect for what we wanted.

Super clean room with perfect location, and very communicative host. The room was well equiped with all the necessary things for our stay.

There was a lot of noise from the trams as the room view was directly to starowislna str, from which many trams are passing. Of course this is not unexpected since the room is in a very central location in Krakow

The owner was ready to help with earlier check-in. The room looks good, everything needed is on the place (except microwave). The table allowed to work with laptop the whole day, comfortable enough.

It is a bit small room, but for this price it is great. One card didn't work downstairs after midnight (but we had one more to come downstairs and open the doors). The view towards luminaire.

On the main road. Easy access to public transport. For Indians good Indian restaurant close by and also 2 Indian stores were there

The host service is 10/10. Very friendly and helpful. Very good location. I was worried about the noises because it’s close to tram track. But actually it wasn’t noisy at all. Maybe it was because I booked a courtyard view room. Highly recommend 👍

The location was perfect- right in the heart of the Jewish quarter and only a 10 min walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean and functional and the owner friendly and helpful.

The only minor point which did not spoil our stay was no teatowels or spare bin bags for rubbish.
