Our Stay at Port Palace, Monte Carlo We had the pleasure of staying at Port Palace in Monte Carlo for the third time, and this visit was undoubtedly the best so far. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, smiley, kind, and incredibly attentive, ensuring a smooth and fast check-in process. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking views of the port, visible both from our room and the rooftop. We were delighted to be upgraded from the 1st to the 3rd floor, which offered an even more impressive vantage point. The spacious and soundproof rooms provided the perfect retreat, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment. The rooftop restaurant was another standout feature. The food was delightful, and the lively ambiance, complete with live music, created a memorable dining experience. Breakfast, while limited in variety, was tasty and enjoyable. Overall, Port Palace continues to impress us with its exceptional service, stunning views, and comfortable accommodations. We look forward to returning and seeing how it evolves to make an already wonderful experience even better.

However, we believe there is room for improvement in a few areas. The breakfast buffet would benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different preferences. Additionally, the quality of the dental set and slippers amenities could be enhanced to better match the overall high standards of the hotel.

The hotel is amazing our room overlooked Monaco harbour, The room was very large with comfortable beds, a large tv, dressing table with a sofa and arm chair, a fully stocked mini bar. The room also has 2 large wardrobes with a safe enclosed . The bathroom had a large jacuzzi bath, walking in shower a large mirror with full body care ( soap/ shampoo etc ) The staff at the hotel went over and beyond from the doormen to the cleaning staff. A special mention to Simone and especially Tim on reception he was most helpful The hotel location is great for the casino , shopping and exploring Monaco.

Location, location, location and beautiful view of Port Hercule and the Palace!

The Restaurant MOME does not take American Express credit cards. Server kept trying and told me my credit card was not good (embarrassing)! I finally looked at the menu and Amex is not accepted. No apology was given! Staff should be told what the acceptable forms of payment are before potentially embarrassing patrons (like me). Neighboring tables, unfortunately, witnessed my predicament.

We we were in a corner suite that was very spacious, ideal if you have kids or larger family. The view was incredible, beds were comfortable, the location was incredible. And overall stay was really great.

Attitude of restaurant staff on the top floor. Sadly, some individuals let the place down. But atmosphere & food was great!

I loved everything in this hotel the management was excellent 👌 the best hotel I have ever stayed I'm my life worth the money. I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The room exceeded my expectations with its large and incredibly comfy bed, providing a perfect night's sleep. The spacious bathroom was a delightful bonus, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the accommodations were top-notch, contributing to a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

Maybe due to the structural issue, shower water easily overflowed on the floor next to the shower space. The hotel quickly provided us with additional towels and bathroom rug up on our request.

Location was excellent

Breakfast was poor, cold plates, cold bacon and over cooked sausages. tried on two occasions to have a drink in the bar on level 6 which is the restaurant, on the Sunday afternoon, lots of outside tables full, we asked could we come in, it was 5pm, two members of staff at the door, looked twice at each other, the answer was no, this happened the following day as well. We hadnt booked breakfast for our stay but decided to do so, every morning after having sat down and eating breakfast, up would come a member of staff who would insist on a signature to confirm we were having breakfast, annoying to say the least,

Location is spectacular! Beautiful views of the marina and only 5 minutes to Cafè de Paris and the Casino. Also, just 5 minutes to the train station.

Nice, helpful, friendly staff. Perfect location. Big room and bathroom. A lot of towels. Very good shampoo! Everything was perfect
