Loved the curtain that separated the living space from the beds. Breakfast was great!

There was a large group of boys in the pool area and they were not being supervised. The were wrestling, pushing each other into the pool, running around hitting each other with pool noodles and kicking balls across the whole room. I realize there are no lifeguards.. but parents should be supervising and the rules should be explained in a group that large. One kid kicked the ball so hard it hit the emergency exit sign and knocked it loose. It made for an unpleasant experience for my 5, well behaved, girls.

This hotel gets a 20 out of 10. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The common spaces are very spacious and perfect for gathering. My family blocked several rooms, and we had our meet and greet in the large entrance. It was perfect! The rooms are spacious and clean. The fridge, microwave, dishes, sink, and dishwasher helped make our five night stay so comfortable. This place is amazing! They have two grills on an outdoor patio. There's an indoor pool. And there are two large gathering areas outside the hotel. Erika and Lori were amazing. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. My family was very impressed with this hotel. The location is in a very quiet area and is convenient to so many places. This was our first Home2Suites experience but it won't be our last.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Great accommodations being right next to the nursing home.

Had an issue with overnight desk person Brittany (I think was her name). VERY rude and unprofessional, actually called the police on us and tried to get us kicked out on our 2nd night for ridiculous reasons. Thank God for cameras and for the great daytime staff and managers who recognized the ignorance of that woman's decision and allowed us to stay.

Location was great and close to family. Size of the room : loved having 2 queens and a pullout couch for my kids. Shower was clean and felt great

The breakfast was just ok. My kids were hoping for a little more variety. I was hoping for some grab and go items as we had to leave fairly quickly in the morning The light switch in our bathroom hadn’t been wiped down and was visibly dirty

We had some other guests on our floor with many children running the hallway. They were quite noisy. We asked if we could change rooms to another floor and the staff were very accommodating and moved us immediately. We were very appreciative 🙂

Location brkfst

No shampoo in shower. No laundry bag in closet. Dishes we left in the dishwasher. Hotel prices are high nice otherwise. 11 o'clock at night kids were playing football outside our bedroom window and bringing loud enough to disturb us. Staff took care of it.

Everything was amazing. Room was very clean and modern. Super comfortable bed. Absolutely love the black out blinds in the room. Large television with movie options. Breakfast was amazing. 2 types of omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage links, fresh fruit, yogurts etc.. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Much nicer than anticipated for the price.

I did not find anything to not like.

Close to family members

The fact that Hilton changed the breakfast to continental breakfast , it used to be way better when the actually had a full hot breakfast.

Comfortable clean. Great pillows.

Early morning flight and the coffee was from the previous night. Limited pantry items for grab and go, especially if you have a flight before breakfast is served. Did not get th use benefit of Free Breakfas, yet no "grab and go" offered for early travelers. Further away from the airport than expected.

We loved the storage and availability of the staff. We enjoyed the curtain between the beds and couch. We had a suite.

To change the temperature in the room we had to get really low. Wish the thermostat was placed higher on wall. Also the fan in bathroom wasn't working.
