A great location near the city center and the possibility of parking in the garage are definitely a plus. The staff at the reception do their job properly.

The maids are very quick when they need to warn you that you are five minutes late leaving the room, but three days is not enough for them to pick up other people's cigarette butts from the balcony. Regardless, we would come to that hotel again.

We loved the location, lots of greenery, quiet - but close to public transport and a 20min walk from the old town so we could see most of the sights on foot. Garage parking. Lift from the garage straight to the 4th floor was a big plus. Helpful and efficient staff. Nice breakfast selection. We loved the KettyBot robot in the breakfast room. :) Close to some good restaurants and a park. Spotless rooms, comfy beds, modern (albeit smallish) bathrooms. Complimetary drinks were a nice touch. Plenty of room in the family suite. We stayed for almost a week and would choose the hotel again.

Lovely traditional European hotel in a clean quiet area and 5 minute walk to Paulaner beer garden. Tram stop very close by to get to the S Bahn. Great breakfast with a good variety.

There was no closet to hang clothes

Very big apartment! We were on the last floor (5th, the elevator goes only to 4th, but this was not a problem for us). We had a great view to the city. Walking to the city ceneter is around 20-30min, but it was a nice walk trough a park, which had light in the night, so the late return to the hotel with kids was OK. Quite neighbourhood. Most important for us was the parking and to have clean room - this hotel got both. The parking is undergound, looks small, but it worked for dementuons of our car (BMW X3). We were only for one night and we had a great stay! Parking is paid, but as I mentioned - this was a must for us, so we are OK with this. Breakfast was good, staff is nice, we had a welcome pakage in our appartment. Comfortable beds, but not so confortable pillows.

Wonderful location in a tranquil area right next to the rivers (Au and Isar) with some lovely walking and cycling trails right nearby. Excellent non-touristy restaurants in the area. Hotel is classic yet modern, very clean and with an excellent breakfast and evening bar plus a terraced garden.

Rooms were very hot, even with cool weather outside. It was not practical to open the window wide as it would be raining inside the room, plus no screens or bars.

Lovely, comfortable, friendly hotel. The second time I have stayed there. Quiet area, very nice staff, with a family feel. Warmth in the decor and fun pictures on the walls! Easy to get into the centre. Comfortable bed and all at an excellent price. I have stayed in a couple of other hotels in Munich this year but would choose to return to this one in the future.

In my earlier stay, the wifi was mixed but this last time, it was perfect.

Great location close to tram (number 25) and also easily accessible to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn to get to the centre (or you can also walk about 20 min. to Marienplatz). A nice green park next to the hotel. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful and I would also highlight the delicious breakfast. Parking on the street next to the hotel (max. 11,50 Euro/day) or safely in the hotel garage (22?€). The single room was quite specious for 1 person. Only the bathrooms window looked a bit used but in overall very nice and bright bathroom.

The daily room service, as well as the polite and professional staff was a great experience. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still well connected, so most prominent places can be reached quickly. Plus, free drinks in the minibar! The breakfast was exceptional for me. I've never had anything like it before. Also, the room was REALLY big. I also loved that I could just take walks along the riverside to reach my destination.

The location is extremely quiet, something I value in cities. It's only 10 mins on foot to the S-Bahn on the route to the airport, so an excellent option for early morning flights. I left before breakfast started and the staff were very accommodating to ensure I had something to take with me.

The improvement I would appreciate is a thicker mattress. It is rather thin, BUT I did sleep well, so perhaps it's personal preference.

Location was good and the breakfast was not rich, but suficient. Good coffee by the way. Room was big enough and it was warm. I put radiators on scale 1 and still it was very warm beside that on the street it was -5/ -8 Free minibar (2 beers and 2 soft drinks) was also very nice from hote side. Small things make great friendship

Matrace :( matrace was I think really old and laid doen heavily…even springs you can feel). Probably only my room hope so
