If you’re thinking about staying here, do it. I can’t recommend it enough. My wife is pregnant and sick and so we had to make an emergency stop in Milan for a few days so she could rest. We booked this hotel last minute, and within an hour the host had reached out with all the information we needed for a contactless check in immediately. He then came by later to check on us and show us everything about the room and keys. There are multiple locked doors to get to your room, so if safety is a concern, it shouldn’t be! The room itself is beautiful, and the bathroom and shower were amazing. Everything was perfectly clean, and our fridge was stocked with water and drinks, as well as a Nespresso machine and kettle for tea. The tv is smart and plenty big for the room. The bed was extremely comfy, and the ac controllable and very cold. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and there is a metro stop half a block away that can get you anywhere in the city. We loved our time here and if in Milan again will definitely stay!!

Not much at all…the ac doesn’t extend to the bathroom, so if you close the door it can get warm in there if very hot outside. But this is easily fixed by opening the door between. It wasn’t really an issue at all

5 min walk from the train station centrale which is great but it means the area isn’t the nicest. It’s quite expensive considering.

The property was very centrally located and hidden behind very nondescript doors which was a little disconcerting at first. The staff were extremely helpful in checking us in and allowing a late checkout. Security was very good and our room/suite was beautiful with every convenience. We had arranged a late checkout and had a lot of luggage after travelling for some months. The staff and even the owners helped us organise that and the taxi to airport. A beautiful place to stay with excellent, very helpful staff.

Nothing wrong with the accomodation but, as seems to be the case in Europe, the area had a lot of Refugees or Illegal Immigrants in the area. Possibly given its proximity to the Rail Station. These people are quite disturbing, threatening and hassling you to buy or beg something. To have them literally on your doorstep and where you want to eat or coffee is not just annoying but threatening. It is certainly going to be a factor in staying central city in Europe in future.

The property was super clean, in a central location and the communication was great when I got there, along with offers of any help and recommendations of nice food and cocktail places. When I explained it was my daughter’s birthday they went over and above with putting flowers and balloons out on the bed for us getting there. Loved the traditional style apartment but with an updated twist to the rooms.

Loved coming in through the outer door to the courtyard and riding up in the traditional lift. Fantastic liaison beforehand. We had a wonderful welcome and the room was charming. Very comfortable with sweet little balcony. Large bathroom and shower with good facilities. All the little extras you could hope for. Very close to Milano Centrale.

Nothing and although the property was a little away from main Milano sights the transport was very good (who doesn’t love a tram - route 1 - from very close by)

If you are travelling by train, then it is a good idea to get a hotel near the railway stations along your journey. This is positioned to the side of the Milano Centrale station and around the corner. An easy walk. The position high up on level 5 of the heritage stone building is a bonus.

The old style elevator is a little bit of a challenge as it lets off a small alarm if you are not quick enough to close the doors (manually) once they have been opened. But you get used to it quickly.

It was like having your own little room within a palazzo. The furnishings were 5* and the staff made sure all your needs were met. They even called a taxi for us on our departure. On request, breakfast was provided on the appointed time, which we had on our little balcony. It was very romantic. The rooms were quiet and very near the central train station. There were several great restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Nothing. The mosquitoes. But that was the problem with Milan itself.

Beautiful room and close to train station

We enjoyed our stay at this small boutique hotel near the train station. Stanislao was exceptional in communicating with us on our way to the property and guided us to the hotel even when the train wasn't able to get all the way to Centrale. The room was large and impeccably clean. It is tucked away on the top floor of a non-descript building only a 5-minute walk to the central train station. Stanislao recommended a nearby restaurant and it was perfect for our first night in Italy.

We were there during Fashion Week so prices may have been higher than usual.
