It was right on the highway, easy to find, good place to rest after a long day driving and sight seeing!

The staff member at front desk was not that friendly or accommodating! We asked to change rooms as we had booked 2 for 4 adults (2 single beds in each room)but they put us on opposite sides of the complex! Said it was fully booked but yet there was nobody in room beside our kids! After trying to explain to him that I understand you are full but could you not put others coming in into our room on other side so we could be beside our kids!!! He switched us but wasn’t happy about it🤔😕

Great location on the main strip close to restaurants, shops and walking trails. The rooms were comfy and warm. Beds and pillows were great. Basic tea and coffee facilities provided. Soap, shampoo & conditioner provided.

We booked 2 rooms for 2A + 2C 9 months in advance and rooms were not close together. Shower took a long time to drain, so nearly flooded the bathroom.

Very clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly. Location is great as it is right across the glacier heli hike office and close to cafes.

The room we got might be very close to the septic tank as the toilet/bathroom was a bit smelly so had to leave the windows open to get rid of the smell.

From the moment you walked up to reception all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely room with comfy King bed and two armchairs. They had a lounge area guests could go and sit in. Breakfast was a full hot buffet. A number of restaurants in easy walking distance along with a grocery store and the petrol station straight across the road.

Good central location in town, and a mere 5 minutes walk to a small walk with glow worms and maybe 15 minutes walk to the south side fox glacier track.

It was incredibly busy, being Chinese new year, and there was a lot of noise late at night and early morning (doors closing and suitcases being moved outside). However, this was outside of the hotels control. We just happened to be travelling at a busy time of the year.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when I asked for a slight change. The location was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean.

I didn't realize when booking that I wasn't going to be in the historic property. In the end I was very pleased with our accommodation but wish booking.com was more clear about what exactly one is booking.

Good location and nice room. The property has a washing machine available which was very useful.

We had the option but did not book the room with breakfast. There are not many restaurants in town and we should have booked the room with breakfast because it would have been cheaper. But we were able to add breakfast at the property.

The hotel's location is good, the environment is very clean, and the staffs were very friendly.

We stayed in a 2F room. The water temperature for showering was inconsistent, switching between hot and cold, and the water pressure was also a bit low.

The shower pressure and temperature would change drastically, probably when other users were also showering. A sock from previous users was left under the bed

Simple full fournished place. Ideal to stay if visiting Fox Glacier. You can also find glow worms by night at a crazy rain forest next to it by night. Magical experience !
