The minute we pulled up to valet it was great. The valet staff were amazing. Walking into the building and heading up the elevator to the checkin station was so nice. The checkin attendant was so sweet. She explained everything and was just such a nice person. The building was absolutely gorgeous. We went to our room and it far exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the website don’t do this place justice. The beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend this hotel. And let me not forget the location. The balcony had an amazing view of the water too. Simply perfect!

Not a thing!

I had originally booked the larger resort hotel next door and decided to change at the last minute and save a little on the nightly rate. So glad I did. This is a boutique hotel with all the amenities you want - valet parking, full bar and restaurant, pool with bar and outdoor dining. The room was awesome! Great bathroom with rainwater shower. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Actually a shorter walk to the beach than the resort hotel on the beach.

They didn't have a perfect sunset for our dinner on the restaurant 7th floor patio/balcony. LOL

I have to congratulate you guys! Being open for only three months, you guys are awesome! The staff is a bit saluted, amazing! The food is so delicious, everything is beautiful - from the decor, the location, the rooms, the bathroom, the pool, and the dining area. Everything is top of the line! I'll definitely bring my friends and family there. The front desk is amazing, she was super helpful. Also, Johnny and the boys downstairs in the valley are super helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Congratulations on your successful start!

The hotel is new, clean, modern, and steps from the beach. The staff was outstanding, including the front desk agent, Julie, who worked diligently to upgrade my room to ocean view. The meals at the on-site restaurant were good, and every night, there is a sunset champagne toast.

The entire 3rd floor balcony with partial ocean view rooms are blocked by a concrete wall, and the only way to see the ocean is by standing, which is not practical.

I loved how quick the members will answer to my text messages and all the requests i had were met right away. The were very friendly as well. Thank you!

The only thing we didnt like was the air conditioning, my mom got sick from the first night we got there cause her bed was facing the AC and it was blowing really bad , also there was no air conditioning in the bathroom nor the sink area which made it very hot every time we will shower or close the sliding door.

I tried to switch to an ocean view room for our stay when we arrived because we didn't have such a nice view, none were available I tried to also get ocean view with just one bed before coming and there were none available, it just seems that there aren't many ocean view rooms other than that the room is great! The pool is also a lot smaller than it looks in photos.

The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our 3rd floor room was on the south side of the building and only offered partial views of the ocean and only if we stood and looked over the balcony. Also, the street/beach noise was a lot. Hotels in this area are across from a public beach so lots of people and cars cruise the strip in front of the hotels.

Our breakfast was included, and it was so delicious with many options. And the restaurant and views are breathtaking. And the personnel were very friendly

Beautiful place, with many amenities. The room and decoration are amazing, and we found everything you need to be comfortable. The hotel for me is perfect

Nothing. A few teething problems which came from being new eg a bit awkward when our booking.com reservation said includes breakfast and each day at breakfast we were told ‘it’s not’. But the general manager honoured this. We had to request a hairdryer as there wasn’t one in the room.

Did not eat at the hiatus. Loved the room size and decor. Everyone very nice. Pool area beautiful! Bartenders knew what they were doing. Very clean rooms everyday and comfy beds.

I didn’t like that the air conditioner was set in 71, it was kinda hot in there at night! The master switch for lights, couldn’t turn on just a bathroom light at night. Minimal complaints!
