The staff at the check-in counter were absolutely wonderful there was a small but time consuming hiccup with my credit card/debit card and the young man JC couldn’t have been more patient and understanding also the people staffing the zip line on the afternoon of July 12 were absolutely wonderful and so patient with the one person in our group who was extremely nervous everyone from the girl who checked us in to the people who ran the line were amazing

The thing I disliked the most was something I don’t think can be helped but I didn’t like how loud and echoey it was in some of the buildings

Beautiful location. We stayed in a riverview 2 bed with pull out couch. Everything we needed was in the room - included a mini fridge, microwave, tv, table and chairs. The staff was friendly and efficient. I asked for more towels at the front desk -and they handed then to me which is what I preferred - instead of waiting for someone to bring them to my room. It was clean and comfortable. We loved our balcony looking through the trees to the river. Easy access to move throughout the resort.The college dance and mascot camp kept it lively and entertaining.

It would be nice to have more hooks in the shower and vanity area and better lighting for hair and makeup. There were plenty of lamps but it still seemed dim.

Surroundings were beautiful in nature. Right by the river. Water parks were expansive and not crowded. Not too far away from the main attractions in the Dells.

Lazy river in the waterpark didn't have near enough innertubes for the amount of people. Hotel registration was harder to find since there are condo options and there are two registration areas. The main hotel one is not through the Chula Vista main gate so it took us a minute to find it.

I enjoyed how helpful and professional the staff was. Our room was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The waterpark was so much fun. There is something for everyone. Slides, a water roller coaster, lazy river, activity areas, splash pad, an arcade, and more. The staff went out of their way to help find my son after he ran from his sister. Whenever we called guests services, they responded quickly with towels, cleaning the room, or just answering questions.when it was time to go, we left a phone in the room. It was recovered quickly for us. We had a wonderful time.

We had a loft room, which we loved. However, after sitting on the bed, I noticed that there were slash marks on the wall. Later, I noticed that on the edge of the wall coming into the room that there were more slash marks that went into metal at the edge of the wall. The kitchen was missing utensils that made it hard to cook. The table had 2 chairs, and my family could not sit together for meals. There was much more that made our stay enjoyable. The table and utensils were small problems that we worked around.

It had a much calmer feeling than the other bigger resorts, which was great for my family to relax and enjoy our time together. We also appreciated the lines for different water slides and availability of seating near pools was a much less stressful than other resorts. The dining options were great, and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The mosquitoes in the evening did make it more challenging to enjoy the outdoor spaces at dusk, compared to other properties.

The room was nice, the kitchen was amazing! Loved the loft and the amount of beds in the room. The fireplace was nice and there was plenty of space!

The seats to the table were uncomfortable but that is minor. We tend to not care about others "leisure" activities but we could not open the balcony doors or really sit out there unless we wanted to partake by contact.

Water park

Room was out dated. Bed was hard. Room was not cleaned. Floor was dirty. Should I go on. Very disappointed.

The indoor waterpark is adequately equipped. Lots of interior hotel corridors and a convenient lobby gift shop. Rooms were well kept and well appointed.

A fair amount of queuing going on. The front desk moved at well enough pace, though I'd have appreciated a self check-in option. There is only one coffee shop and it had queues most of the morning. I wish there was a shuttle service to town. We appeared to be one of the few families that didn't arrive by personal vehicle. The cab fare was $20 each way - half the cost of train tickets to the cities.

It had several restaurants which we only ate at one. It was good, but my kids were picky so not a lot of options there. The staff was very friendly.

We were in Villa D and one of the windows does not have a curtain on it the high one and the sun comes in. Overall, the room wasn’t bad. We had a couch and two beds and then a loft with a bunkbed and a TV up there.

The view from the patio was very nice. The woman at check-in was very kind and humorous. Quiet and clean throughout the room. Bathroom and shower was clean and stocked. Hot tub was very spacious.

Overall there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Coming in we were confused and had gone to the condos area having to get back in and go to the hotel check-in. Other then that our group wasn’t able to play the golf course due to timing on our part but next time we will have to check it out!
