Excellent accommodation, comfortable bed, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, big fluffy towels, and unexpected extras like coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Full sized fridge, and quality crockery and plenty of cooking utensils- although there was no frying pan. The unit was close to shops, restaurants and just 20 minutes' walk to Old town, 15 mins walk to Art Nouveau area. Central heating was at a very comfortable level. Wi-Fi and access to TV all excellent. Good communication with owner.

The front gate keypad was problematic and very sensitive to the touch. It took a number of attempts to get the gate open. It was not easy to get the shower head in the downstairs bathroom to stay up when showering. No frying pan in the kitchen.

The location was amazing, lots of cafes and restaurants around, and we could reach everything we wanted to visit by going there on foot. The communication was great and the contactless check in/check out was easy. The apartment was big and quite nice, especially for the price.

Some issues with getting through the gates (the gates would open only after trying to insert the code multiple times). If you are planning to make some type of drinks, bottled water is recommended. Some minor issues with cleanliness, but overall the apartment was quite clean. (Also, it would be nice if there was some type of coffee machine, but they didn't advertise that they had one so that's ok.)

Accessing the property was very straightforward and communication with the owners was quick and friendly. The apartment is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It would really suit anyone planning a longer stay in Riga. The apartment is well situated in the heart of Riga and we were able to easily walk to most of the sights and attractions. Nearby parks were a bonus. Plenty of restaurants and coffee places.

We have no criticisms of the property - it was ideal.

The locations is great. We liked the open kitchen/dinning/living room area and live plants, place felt homey... We had almost everything we needed, travelling with a baby. Bed was comfy and double glazing meant there was no noise, except the church bells, which we didn't mind. Place offered a parking too, but needs to be booked in advance.

We had a baby with a buggy with us and I specifically searched for a place with a lift and a cot and a high chair, and this place had it all, EXCEPT nowhere did it say (or was in the photos or reviews that I read) that there is a whole flight of stairs before you get to the lift. There are 2 stairs at the entrance with a very heavy wooden door that our buggy barely fitted, and then there was more that 10 stairs to the lift and it wasn't great to carry baby and buggy up and down every time we went out....

The G-maps location was a little tricky but our taxi driver helped us get to the right spot. Great location. Room size was excellent with a large kitchen, lounge, dining/living area. Big fridge and good basin/kitchen top area. Complimentary coffee and soaps in shower were a nice touch. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Tap water had the taste of new pipes, but water is drinkable. You might want to buy bottled water.

- No dishwasher - For ones with a baby stroller or wheelchair keep in mind that you have to take a few steps up before you get to the elevator, challenging if you do it without assistance

apartament was clean, location was vonderfull

when I pay for room, I payed for two people, but I was one, wasn’t another choise. prise for one people a little bit expensive. when booking send me a mail, there was not written my rooms number and block A or B where is my apartments doors. the door code they sent was wrong, I needed to call a host, I ask how to get a keys. The host was very nice and everything explained to me.

Apartments was spacious but still cosy. The bathroom design was stylish, but still comfortable. Was very nice that there were tabs to wash our clothes. Bed was excellent: not too soft, not too hard, 2 pillows for each person, warm blankets and light switchers, plugs right next to the bed. Sofa was very comfy too, big enough to fit 2 people for the chilly evening. Smart TV (love love love) Friendly hosts who let us check in earlier. Was really nice.

Sink in the bathroom could be a little bigger. Would be great to have a dishwasher. We didn’t want to leave the place untidy but also were not too motivated to do dishes before check out. Official check in times a little too late in my opinion

It was great to have a big apartment space to ourselves vs a small hotel room. It felt homey to just come back to from a long day of walking and exploring Riga. Having the washing machine was great plus as we were travelling for awhile previously. Location was great as it is situated in the new city centre, outside of old town. Close to many shops and restaurants towards the art nouveau area. Its about a 12-15 min walk into old town, but there's so many things to see along the way, it doesn't feel like a chore. Self check in was super easy with all the information sent to you beforehand.

Bathroom was a bit dated and could use a facelift but still clean overall.

The apartment is in central part of Riga, close both to the Old Town and to the Art Nouveau district. There are many great restaurants around. The flat is clean, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything one needs to feel good. It is quiet and very nice. I will definitely return!
