A great budget hotel in a quieter area of Cat Ba town but only 2 minutes to the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and Duc (spelling?) who ran the reception was very friendly and helpful in arranging motorbike hire etc. We initially found the room to be a bit cool (it was January) but Duc provided us with an electric heater which warmed the room nicely. Many thanks Duc for a great stay!

The breakfast was a bit limited, but we were the only guests in the hotel so it was understandable that a full buffet wasn't on offer but freshly cooked scrambled egg or omelettes were available.

We had a great time at the Cat Bâ Rosalia Hotel. The staff at the reception, his name is Đông was very nice and the rooms comfortable and clean. Đông organized everything for us (motorbike, halong bay boat trip, laundry, bus to Huè etc). There is nothing you cannot get from him, and all to a normal local price! We had some issues with the bus company, but one call to Đông and everything was clarified.

Great location. Lovely large clean room. Good free breakfast with lots of choices. Staff generally very helpful and Doug speaks English which is really useful. Sometimes it was a bit hard to find him though. He really helped with things generally.

I had to move rooms when I got there as had booked a sea view and was initially given a back view.

The hotel and staff was above and beyond what we could expect. Extremely helpful and friendly Hotel’s location on the main street and have amazing view with the bay

Great hotel in an excellent location, very clean, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Really helpful, friendly, kind manager who helped us with a problem with our taxi. Beautiful view from the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Wonderful view and close to restaurants etc but not noisy. The manager is so helpful , nothing was too much trouble.
