A Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left – everything was absolutely amazing. The place is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards. You can tell that every little detail was carefully thought through – from the cozy and comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen and even the small touches like high-quality coffee, soft towels, and a pleasant scent in the air. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet close to all the main attractions. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. This was truly one of the best accommodation experiences we've had. We would absolutely love to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Fantastic place! Surrounded by nature with no one around — peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. The apartments are spacious: two bedrooms with a shower downstairs and one bedroom with a shower upstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, and the TV has Netflix, YouTube, and internet access. Everything felt very warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Pavlos — the administrator, bartender, and simply a wonderful person. He even kindly allowed us a late check-out. Highly recommended!

If you are after a quiet location with a private beach, just a few steps away from your accommodation, then this is the place for you. The apartment is well designed and spacious, the veranda has everything you need on it and the beach is just a few steps away. The manager on site (Pavlos) was very helpful and friendly, he responded to all our questions and requests immediately.

Everything was great. The only thing that would be an improvement, is a second toilet in the 2 bedroom apartment. The whole area is very spacious and very well designed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living area but only one bathroom with one toilet. One more toilet would be ideal.

This place exceeded my expectations — it truly feels like a slice of heaven. It’ll definitely be my go-to spot whenever I need a quiet, peaceful vacation. What stood out most to me was the calm atmosphere — no loud music, just the sound of the waves and the breeze. Pure serenity. The pool is great, the water is clear and warm even in the evening. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with everything we needed (good amenities). I especially appreciated the materials and design — the stone in the bathroom, the lighting, and the paintings on the walls all gave the place a calm, elegant feel. Everything was done with really good taste and aesthetic. But honestly, what made the experience most special was Pavlos, the host. He’s incredibly kind and friendly, always checking in to make sure we were okay, offering help without ever being intrusive. He’s genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The only small thing to note (which didn’t bother me at all) is that there’s a bit of seaweed on the beach — but honestly, that’s just nature doing its thing! It didn’t take away from how beautiful and peaceful the place is and also i noticed it gets removed regularly.

We absolutely loved Elya Beach Suites. The suite is absolutely spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it has complete amenities, even for long stays. Pavlos, the on-site manager, is very friendly and helpful. There is a private beach in front of the property where you can chill, and a beach volleyball area if you want to play with friends. The closest town is 8 minutes' drive away by car, it has some tavernas with very friendly locals, and a big supermarket is only 15 minutes away. If we could rate it 11 out of 10, we would.

Absolutely nothing!

We liked the place a lot, its location, facilities. The place is clean and well arranged with a private pool and a private beach. It feels quiet and relaxing. The villa itself is spacious and fits well for the family of 6. Pavlos our host was very helpful and friendly and assisted us with everything we needed.

i would expect a bit more basic staff in the kitchen, like salt, pepper, sugar and tea. also in the bathrooms we did't have enough toiletteries.

The location is exactly as in the photos. Private beach and pool. Great for families with children, as the pool is from 90cm to 140cm deep and slowly increases the depth. The beach is shallow with sand and pebbles, perfect for kids to play. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.

I never say this lightly, but I genuinely want to return to this place. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers, and stunning view at the sea. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s rare to find such a combination of beauty and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The view from every apartament is amazing as all of them are facing sea. If you want to wake up early - there are most beautiful sunrises to watch. If you are a late sleeper - don’t worry, there are black out curtains in rooms. Everything is in the apartment- towels, beach towels, hand towels, toaster, oven, air conditioning, TV, washing machine. We also got a cot for our baby. There is a nice pool and a private beach for those preferring sea experience. We were here in October (13-22 Oct) and water was still very warm for swimming. Location is great - you don’t have thousands of people walking around, no loud music, no shops selling tourist crap. It’s very relaxed, quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the middle of the island, so trip to all highlights of Cyprus is max 2 hours drive. Trodos mountains and winery - 1 hour. Agia Napa - 1 hour. Historical ruins - 1 hour. There is a basic taverna 5 minutes of walking from the apartment and better ones within 15/20 min drive. Fully equipped supermarket is 10 min drive. We will be coming back and we already recommended this place to our friends - definitely best choice in Cyprus 👌
