The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet part of town, just a short walk from Bocconi University and about 20 minutes walk to the Duomo. The staff were fantastic - friendly, responsive, and very accommodating with our late check-in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having a kitchenette was a plus!

The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and struggled to keep up with the June heat. Keeping the shades and curtains closed helped slightly, but the room remained warm. Our stay would have been much more comfortable if the temperature had been better regulated. Also keep in mind that if staying more than 2 nights, there is additional 9€ cleaning fee.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, secure, close to transport links, and only a short walk to the Navigli canal area. Staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check out were seamless. Reception staff made great restaurant recommendations. Cafés, shops, and restaurants are close by.

Unfortunately, the large street level window was blocked by some items, making it quite dark inside. Not unexpected as a basement apartment. The steep and quite small winding steps to the upper level were a bit tricky to navigate and upstairs was slightly cramped for my 6'2 husband to stand up in. The buzzing from the fridge underneath was a bit annoying but I am a light sleeper. Fine for our overnight stay as close to Linate airport and a good price for the area.

Lovely large apartment with easy access to public transport and restaurants/ supermarkets close by. We were provided with clear instructions for access to the apartment for a late check in which we’d arranged in advance. Laiza was an absolute delight to deal with from the moment we first enquired. She was attentive to any enquiries, and allowed us to store our luggage after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. Absolutely outstanding customer service in every way.

Plenty space in the apartment for us. Tram stop outside hotel. Supermarket - out hotel, right then left at lights- just long there for basic needs. Reception were always friendly.

Sofa bed, wasn't to our backs comfort (but it's a sofa bed so not a biggy). Drains in bathroom weren't the best at times (but just closed the door) We were room 1 and could be noisy ppl coming and going (not hotels fault ppl are noisy) No toaster (not major but went to shop and bought bread for kids expecting a toaster or grill)

We had a loft and basement room, the bed in the loft was super comfy! The basement bed wasn’t as comfy but then it is a sofa bed so that is to be expected. The apartment was very clean, smelt quite heavily of bleach which is a bit of a problem for me as it can trigger my asthma, however, they weren’t to know that! Fabulous staff, we arrived before our check in time, our room wasn’t ready but they did allow us to leave our bags and gave us access to another apartment so we could pop to the loo.. We were on the ground floor right next to the reception area, it was a bit noisy with people going up the steps and then the door banging shut. Also, as the floors are hard rather than carpet, noise from the apartment above can be quite loud. Having said that, I still had a great nights sleep. The apartments are conveniently located next to a tram stop.

The property was modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and spacious for 3 of us, with great amenities. We loved the location. The staff was exceptional from communication prior to stay through when we left. I had an emergency because we were heading to the airport in the morning, and I accidentally left my purse in the room and realized it in the cab. Our cab driver called the emergency number for us, and we were given a code to get back in. Between  the emergency contact and the cab driver, we made it to the airport on time and we couldn’t have been happier.

The staff were truly amazing. I really appreciated theirs professional. They told me in detail what tourists need to know for their stay in Milan. Thanks a lot to the front Ladies. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to rent a hotel-apartment which is close to the canal and the cathedral Duomo.

It’s perfect. Nothing to complain!

The hotel is just 20 mnts away from the Fumincino airport. So convenient and offordable comparing to what you get. Sea view is the biggest plus I had a splendid experience, around the hotel plenty of restaurants , bars and coffee shops.

It worth every penny you will pay. Just for shower size if you are pregnant or an oversize person make sure to be aware the shower door is so tiny you might not be able to get in. I was 7 months pregnant, unfortunately I find difficulties taking a shower there .

Very nice, clean and well maintained apartment that is equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay. The staff at the reception is very polite and gentle. The property is perfectly located - there is a tram and bus station just in front, the Duomo and the main points of interest are very close - just 15 minutes walk or 3 stops with the tram 15. Very easy and quick access to the Central station and from there to the airports. Navigli district - an area full of cafes, restaurants and bars is just a few steps from the hotel and this is a place that I highly recommend for dinner or night out with friends.

Great location, directly outside of a tram stop which takes you into the centre. Lovely little Italian restaurant a couple of doors down which does take away food too, handy for when we got there as it was late. Check in was simple, staff aren't there late on in the evening, but check in was explained prior to arriving. Rooms were big and had everything we needed for our stay.
