it’s literally behind the Keisei Narita station but I bring 4 big luggages so I used taxi, the cost is only 500¥ 😁 the facilities and staff are good. plus point is they have shuttle so it will really help if you have morning flight.

Despite seemingly on a gradient from the station, it is actually effortless to get there as there are escalators down, which leads to a very flat road to the hotel. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the station. And since it is near the station, it is also just next to the Main Street with the stores and the temples and park! Easy access, fast WiFi, and nice big bed for Tokyo. Amenities provided for free at the lobby if you do need it including face mask! Staff were multilingual and helpful!

Nothing much to pick about. Room size is decent, slight larger than typical Tokyo size. Really nothing to fuzz about there!

The size of the room is reasonably decent. The location is very near to 2 train stations. I had a room that was facing the park, and that was nice since it was Sakura season. The laundry room was just opposite my room, that was convenient & it didn't generate any noise in my room. What I particularly impressed was that the hotel provided not only the usual skin care products but also some mineral mixes that I could add to the bathtub of hot water for a private onsen in the room.

Generally, nothing that I did not like. However, I found a black beetle in my room after I came back from a day of walking in Chiba city. I tried to catch it, but it was hopping around quite quickly and got lost behind the writing desk.

We stayed overnight as we had another flight to catch in the morning. The hotel was easy to find from the train station. Just a quick 7 min walk. Check-in was smooth and the staff spoke decent English to help us. My jet lag brain was still loading my Japanese skills so I appreciated having a little help in English lol. We didn't eat in the area as we were tired and just went to sleep. Check out was easy and we had reserved a seat in the airport shuttle. That was free and super easy to get back to Narita. The room itself is small (typical Japanese hotel room) but it was clean and comfy for our one night stay. I chose this hotel because we are from Richmond, VA USA and I just felt like I had to stay here! Overall, recommend!

I don't have anything negative to say. It met our expectations. Staff was helpful and shuttle was free.

Great for 1 night transit stay. Very communicative via booking property chat which is a plus. Helped me keep my transfer luggage for several days and even helped me move to my room before my check in - fantastic! Their pj/bathrobe is comfy. Room is spacious for tokyo standard. Short walk to Omotesendo Street n temple at the end of street. Recommend Kawatoyo the oldest eel restaurant in narita near end of Omotesendo Streer. You can take a 20 mins bus to Aeon Mall to shop. Otherwise not much shpg that area. If you exit from kei narita station, shortcut is look for a linkbridge. Hotel is on left side of linkbridge.

The location was great, easy to get to from the airport and very accessible to other places in Narita. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was decent size, had a nice desk area so I got some work done. There was a plug in the room that fit every phone/tech device, which is great for those that don't have their own adapters. There was a robe and nice slippers in the room. The "amenities bar" at the lobby had many options.

The room and hotel in general feels quite old and dated, other than this it was fab.

Great location with proximity to the NRT airport train station. NRT village is within walking distance with choices of nice restaurants and bars

The room was very clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious! the staff were so friendly - no short staffing here! they provided lots of amenities in the lobby. check in and check out were very quick. They offer a shuttle, but we did not use it since there are no afternoon shuttles and our flight was at 5:45.

the room was quite small, and even though we got a double bed room it was so close together that the beds were nearly touching regardless. I wish there was more space to open a large suitcase, but I have stayed in smaller rooms in Japan so I guess I can't complain.

Very clean, fantastic location opposite the station. Room is a good size by Japanese standards. The rooms are a bit older (which you expect for the price) but they are very clean and there's a smart TV in the room so you can stream shows. Good restaurants nearby and an extensive shrine area and gardens. Narita is lovely stop and a nice break from Tokyo and Kyoto crowds. Handy free shuttlebus to the airport provided by the hotel.

Bed was hard. This seems to be a Japanese thing tho.

5min walk from Keisei Narita station, on the quieter side - which is a plus as the area outside the main station entrance may be livelier but has bars and all that may be messier. Deluxe room is very spacious at a reasonable price. Service is good with many amenities for self collection at lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby. There was free sake in the evening when we were there. Hotel has shuttles to the airport till 11am. Join hotel membership program for one hour extended checkout. Further extended checkout at 1000 yen per hour till 2pm.
