This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is a short walk from the main shopping strip. It is right opposite a public swimming area which is safe for kids (with adult supervision). The park across the road has public toilets and public electric BBQ (4). The room was quite large with table and lounge chairs and a spacious balcony with ocean views and seating. The bed was confortable and the bathroom facilities excellent, there was complimentary pay TV service with a good selection of shows. There is an independently operated restaurant downstairs open for breakast, lunch and dinner - we had a fantastic affordable breakfast there with good service and great coffee.

View fantastic and location great. Lovely Italian restaurant down stairs and a quick walk to town. Room was big but very basic. A/C worked well but loude.

It was dirty. First thing when we arrived there was sand on the chair. The outside veranda was dirty and glass needs a clean. Inside the skirting needs cleaning. TV put on crooked. The whole room and bathroom needs TLC for the price you pay it's the little things you notice.

location was directly opposite the beach and ocean baths, and the deluxe rooms overlook all of this with its own private balcony. Property has an excellent sicilian restaurant located right next door, with a great beach cafe less than 5 minutes up the beach and walking distance to everything else

check wording with advertising- thought we had an ocean front room as it said seaview- didnt realise it was only partial ocean views. luckily there was vacancy so the receptionist was happy to upgrade us to this deluxe room for a minimal charge

Locations is great, rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were absolutely phenomenal. Jodi especially.

The tv was very small for the room size and the bed distance. The bed was extremely hard and not even, think it’s just old and worn. I think housekeeping may have opened our door while we were in the room and then realised we were in there and closed the door and rang us to see if we wanted cleaning. Awkward if you’re naked.

Location couldn’t be better, right on the beach. Sensational views. And only a 5 min walk to nearby restaurants, cafes and shops. Room was spacious, airy and comfortable.

Nothing major. Few niggly maintenance things like tv remote not working properly, lose tap fitting in bathroom basin etc.

There was no toaster in the room for breakfast, only a kettle. For housekeeping, only the bed was made & towels changed. Bathroom wasn't overly clean when we checked in Chairs and bed not very comfortable.

When I booked it asked how many guests and I answered one adult and one child (11yrs) and was led to believe there would be two beds but we arrived only to find one and when I asked they said that the extra bed would incur an extra cost of $50 on top of the $322 that I had already paid for the one night.

The bed was a little hard for me. That’s the only thing I could say in the slight negative. This is a beautiful hotel in a magic location. The staff were excellent at the front counter. The room staff were so kind and helpful.

Had a comfortable apartment and a lovely view. Staff were very helpful. Walking distance to everything.

Even though it was a non-smoking policy, it allowed people to smoke on their balcony. We couldn't sit out on the balcony for long as the smoke wafted over. We had to enjoy the views from behind closed doors.

Loved the location. I loved the comfort and friendly staff.

I didn’t like how when we asked how when we asked for a late checkout of 11am they refused and only gave an extra 30 min. I asked for it as I suffer from severe back and could hardly move. Even though they had people coming in, they don’t come in until 2pm which gives them plenty of time.
